Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 15 . (canceled)
16 . A method of preparing the compound
and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, the method comprising:
(a) providing the tert-butyloxycarbonyl-protected compound
and,
b) removing the tert-butyloxycarbonyl protecting group of the compound of step (a).
17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein step (b) is performed in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid, thereby producing a trifluoroacetic acid salt.
18 . The method of claim 17 , further comprising step (c), wherein the trifluoroacetic acid salt of step (b) is reacted with an anion-exchange resin.
