Abstract

A method for synchronizing SPS data delivery and SPS resource arrival for a MAC layer of a user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising sending an indication to a higher layer, the indication including information of a time point indicating when the higher layer has to deliver SPS data to the MAC layer, for the SPS data being ready for delivery at a transmission time interval when the SPS resource arrives at the user equipment.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A method of a synchronizing semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data delivery and SPS resource arrival for a medium access control (MAC) layer of a user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
sending an indication to a higher layer, the indication including information of a time point indicating when the higher layer has to deliver the SPS data to the MAC layer, for the SPS data being ready for delivery at a transmission time interval when the SPS resource arrives at the user equipment.

2 . A communication device of a wireless communication system for synchronizing semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data delivery and SPS resource arrival for a medium access control (MAC) layer for the communication device, comprising:
a computer readable recording medium for storing program code corresponding to a process; and a processor coupled to the computer readable recording medium, for processing the program code to execute the process, wherein the process comprises:
sending an indication to a higher layer, the indication including information of a time point indicating when the higher layer has to deliver SPS data, for the SPS data being ready for delivery at a transmission time interval when the SPS resource arrives at the communication device.
