at least two panels, each panel comprising at least two strips of polyurethane, each of said first strips having a first surface; a plurality of hair having opposing ends, said first ends being sewn together and attached to said first surface of said first strip of each of said panels, said second ends being freely movable, each of said second strips of polyurethane are placed over each of said first strips and then heat sealed to thereby form said panels, said first panel having a first end and an opposing second end with a first aperture punched through said first end and a second aperture punched through said second end, said second panel being attached to said first panel; and an elastic string inserted through and secured to each of said first and second apertures on said first panel wherein said string forms a single loop that is adapted to fit about the crown of a wearer's head and be hidden by the wearer's own hair.

. The device of claim 1 wherein said first panel has a length longer than said second panel.

. The device of claim 1 wherein said first and second panels are attached with additional strips of polyurethane.

. The device of claim 3 wherein said first and second panels are horizontal strips of polyurethane and said additional strips are vertical strips of polyurethane.

. The device of claim 1 further comprising a third panel of hair, said third panel comprising two strips of polyurethane and one end of a plurality of hair situated between said two strips, said third panel being attached to said second panel of hair.

. The device of claim 1 wherein said plurality of hair is blended together, using multiple colors to achieve a natural blend of tones prior to being sewn.

. The device of claim 1 wherein said plurality of hair is cut to a desired length prior to being sewn.

. The device of claim 1 wherein said string is an elastic monofilament.

. The device of claim 1 wherein said strips are heat sealed using a heat pressing machine.

. The device of claim 1 wherein said first panel is attached to said second panel using a device selected from a group consisting essentially of string, thread, clips, hooks, metals, mesh, silicone, polyurethane, nylon, elastic materials, rubber, fabrics, synthetics and combinations thereof.

. A hair extension device manufactured by a process comprising:
providing at least four strips of polyurethane, a plurality of hair with opposing ends, at least one string and plastic beads; sewing a first end of said plurality of hair and forming two sets of sewn hair; placing said sewn end of a first set of said sewn hair over a first strip of polyurethane; placing a second strip of polyurethane over said sewn end of said first set of said sewn hair and said first strip; heat sealing said sewn end of said plurality of hair onto said first and second strips to form a first panel, said first panel having opposing ends; placing said sewn end of a second set of said sewn hair over a third strip of polyurethane; placing a fourth strip of polyurethane over said sewn end of said second set of said sewn hair and said third strip; heat sealing said sewn end of said plurality of hair onto said third and fourth strips to form a second panel; attaching said first panel to said second panel; punching an aperture on each of said opposing ends of said first panel; looping and securing said string to said plastic beads; and inserting said string into said apertures on said first panel and securing said string to said first panel with sewn hair using said beads to thereby form a hair extension device, said string forming a single loop and being adapted to fit about the crown of a wearer's head and be hidden in the wearer's own hair.

. The process of claim 11 wherein said second end of each set of said plurality of hair is freely moving and unattached to one another.

. The process of claim 11 wherein said plurality of hair is blended together, using multiple colors to achieve a natural blend of tones prior to being sewn.

. The process of claim 11 wherein said plurality of hair is cut to a desired length prior to being sewn.

. The process of claim 11 wherein said strips are heat sealed using a heat pressing machine.

. The process of claim 11 wherein said panel is cut to a desired length prior to punching an aperture on said opposing ends.

. The process of claim 11 wherein said string is an elastic monofilament.

. The process of claim 11 further comprising making multiple pressed panels to create layers of hair.

. The process of claim 1 wherein said first panel is attached to said second panel using a device selected from a group consisting essentially of string, thread, clips, hooks, metals, mesh, silicone, polyurethane, nylon, elastic materials, rubber, fabrics, synthetics and combinations thereof.
