Man or Woman Trousers

Abstract

Man or woman trousers include first ( 2 ) and second ( 3 ) leg portions, adapted to receive corresponding legs of a wearer; a waist portion ( 4 ) adapted to surround the wearer waist; a crotch portion ( 5 ) arranged between the first ( 2 ) and second leg portions ( 3 ) extending between a front portion ( 4 ′) and a back portion ( 4 ″) of waist portion ( 4 ). The crotch portion is adapted to cover user genital area. The trousers ( 1 ) further =include one or more seams ( 6 ) for connecting crotch portion ( 5 ) to first leg portion ( 2 ) and/or second leg portion ( 3 ) and/or waist portion ( 4 ). Seams ( 6 ) are arranged so that they are outside said wearer genital area when the trousers ( 1 ) are worn by the latter.

1 . Man or woman trousers comprising:
 first and second leg portions, adapted to receive corresponding legs of a wearer;   a waist portion adapted to surround the wearer waist,   a crotch portion arranged between the first and second leg portions, extending between a front portion and a back portion of the waist portion, said crotch portion being adapted to cover the genital area of the wearer;   one or more seams for connecting said crotch portion to said first leg portion and/or said second leg portion and/or said waist portion, wherein said one or more seams are arranged so that they are outside said wearer genital area when the trousers is worn by the latter,   wherein said crotch portion is integrally formed with at least one among said waist portion, said first leg portion, and said second leg portion, said crotch portion being connected to the others among said first leg portion, said second leg portion, and said waist portion by means of said one or more seams.   
     
     
         2 . Trousers according to  claim 1 , wherein said crotch portion is further adapted to cover the wearer perineal area, wherein said one or more seams are arranged so that to be further outside said wearer perineal area when the trousers is worn by the latter. 
     
     
         3 . Trousers according to  claim 1 , wherein said crotch portion is integrally formed and is devoid of seams for connecting its portions. 
     
     
         4 . Trousers according to  claim 1 , wherein said first and second leg portions respectively comprise front portions and back portions, wherein said front portions of the first leg portion, of the second leg portion, and of the waist portion are integrally formed with said crotch portion.

Trousers according to  claim 4 , wherein said crotch portion comprises a proximal portion integrally formed with the front portion of the waist portion and a distal portion integrally formed with the proximal portion of the crotch portion, said distal portion of the crotch portion being stitched by means of said one or more seams to the back portions of the first leg portion, of the second leg portion, and of the waist portion.

Trousers according to  claim 5 , wherein said proximal portion of the crotch portion has a decreasing width from the front portion of the waist portion towards the distal portion of the crotch portion, and said distal portion of the crotch portion has a decreasing width from the proximal portion of the crotch portion.

Trousers according to  claim 5 , wherein said proximal portion of the crotch portion has a decreasing width from the front portion of the waist portion towards the distal portion of the crotch portion, and said distal portion of the crotch portion comprises a first segment and a second segment, said first segment having a decreasing length from the proximal portion of the crotch portion towards the second segment, and said second segment having an increasing width from the first segment. 
     
     
         8 . Trousers according to  claim 5 , comprising pleats between the proximal portion of the crotch portion, and the front portions of the first and second leg portions, respectively.

Trousers according to  claim 4 , wherein said back portion of the waist portion comprises a first back portion of the waist portion, and a second back portion of the waist portion, different one from the other and connected by one or more further seams, said first back portion of the waist portion being integrally made with said back portion of the first leg portion, and said second back portion of the waist portion being integrally made with said back portion of the second leg portion.
