Abstract
A construction beam connection device includes an abutment member, a connection member positioned under the abutment member and a threaded assembly fixedly connected with the abutment member and extending through the connection member. The connection device can be directly mounted at the junction between beams. The threaded assembly serves to fasten the abutment member to the connection member so as to securely connect the construction beams with each other. Accordingly, the safety in working can be ensured and the working is facilitated.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A construction beam connection device comprising:
an abutment member having two abutment sections positioned side by side at a certain interval, and a top section transversely connected between top edges of the two abutment sections; a connection member having a main body and a connection section disposed on one side of the main body; a perforation being formed through the main body; the connection member being positioned under the abutment member; and a threaded assembly including a threaded rod and a nut, one end of the threaded rod being fixedly connected with the top section of the abutment member, a free end of the threaded rod extending through the perforation of the connection member; the nut being screwed on the free end of the threaded rod and positioned under the main body of the connection member; when rotating the threaded rod, the abutment member being driven to rotate along with the threaded rod.
2 . The connection device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the height of the connection section of the connection member is lower than the height of the main body.
3 . The connection device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the main body of the connection member is plate-shaped and the connection section is a hook section disposed on one side of the main body.
4 . The connection device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the main body of the connection member is plate-shaped and the connection section is a hook section disposed on one side of the main body.
5 . The connection device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the main body and the connection section of the connection member are both plate-shaped and one side of the main body is connected with one side of the connection section; the connection member having at least one reinforcement section, the thickness of the connection member at the reinforcement section being larger than the thickness of the connection member at any other part.
6 . The connection device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the main body and the connection section of the connection member are both plate-shaped and one side of the main body is connected with one side of the connection section; the connection member having at least one reinforcement section, the thickness of the connection member at the reinforcement section being larger than the thickness of the connection member at any other part.
7 . The connection device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the connection member has a first reinforcement section and a second reinforcement section, the first reinforcement section being disposed under a bottom face of the main body around the perforation; the second reinforcement section being positioned at a junction between the bottom faces of the main body and the connection section.
8 . The connection device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the top section of the abutment member is formed with a through hole; the connection device further comprising a bolt having a head section and a threaded rod connected with the head section, the bolt being extended through the through hole and fixedly connected with the abutment member, the threaded rod of the bolt being said threaded rod.
9 . A construction beam connection device comprising:
at least one abutment member having two abutment sections arranged side by side, and a top section transversely connected between top edges of the two abutment sections; a connection member having a main body and a connection section, the main body being substantially U-shaped and having a plane plate section and two vertical walls disposed on two sides of the plane plate section; a holding space being defined between the plane plate section and the two vertical walls; at least one perforation being formed through the plane plate section; at least two threaded holes being respectively disposed on the two vertical walls; the connection section being composed of at least two rod-shaped fastening members, the two fastening members being respectively screwed in the threaded holes, one end of each fastening member extending into the holding space; the connection member being positioned under the abutment member; and at least one threaded assembly including a threaded rod and a nut, one end of the threaded rod being fixedly connected with the top section of the abutment member, a free end of the threaded rod extending through the perforation of the connection member; the nut being screwed on the free end of the threaded rod and positioned under the main body of the connection member, when rotating the threaded rod, the abutment member being driven to rotate along with the threaded rod.
10 . The connection device as claimed in claim 9 , comprising two or more abutment members, two or more perforations and two or more threaded assemblies, each abutment member being aligned with a perforation and a threaded assembly, the abutment members, the perforations and the threaded assemblies being arranged from one side to the other side of the main body.
11 . The connection device as claimed in claim 9 , wherein each fastening member is a bolt.
12 . The connection device as claimed in claim 9 , wherein at least one second nut is disposed on each vertical wall of the main body of the connection member, the threaded hole of the second nut serving as the threaded hole of the vertical wall.
13 . The connection device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein at least one second nut is disposed on each vertical wall of the main body of the connection member, the threaded hole of the second nut serving as the threaded hole of the vertical wall.
14 . The connection device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein at least one second nut is disposed on each vertical wall of the main body of the connection member, the threaded hole of the second nut serving as the threaded hole of the vertical wall.
15 . The connection device as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the top section of the abutment member is formed with a through hole; the connection device further comprising a bolt having a head section and a threaded rod connected with the head section, the bolt being extended through the through hole and fixedly connected with the abutment member, the threaded rod of the bolt being said threaded rod.
16 . A construction beam connection device comprising:
at least two abutment members each having two abutment sections arranged side by side, and a top section transversely connected between top edges of the two abutment sections; a connection member having a main body, the main body having a plane plate section; at least two perforations being formed through the plane plate section; the connection member being positioned under the abutment member; and at least two threaded assemblies, each the threaded assembly including a threaded rod and a nut, one end of the threaded rod being fixedly connected with the abutment member, a free end of the threaded rod extending through a perforation of the connection member; the nut being screwed on the free end of the threaded rod and positioned under the plane plate section, when rotating the threaded rod, the abutment member being driven to rotate along with the threaded rod.
