Sporting Helmet Backpack, Lunchbox and Travel Luggage

Abstract

The present invention provides a backpack/bag in different shapes/designs. It provides a backpack, lunchbox for children, travelling luggage which comprises back in the shape of different sporting helmets or masks such as hockey mask, football helmet, baseball helmet etc. which makes the present invention unique and novel. The present invention can also be formed as lunchbox, luggage etc. The backpack under the present invention not only provides for storage but it also has provision for having indicia and logos printed on the backpack to enhance branding and lifestyle.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A flexible, moldable and decorable bag with various in-built accessories and security features, said bag being able to carry, store and transport goods safely, said bag is manufactured in various shapes and forms as per the requirements of the user, said bag having at least one interior layer, at least one exterior layer, with spacing in the inner side of interior layer to carry, store and transport goods, wherein said external layer is decorable, writable and editable so as to put advertisements, logos or any other design or decorative material fixed on it by means, wherein the inner space of said bag comprises one or plurality of compartments, wherein the external layer of said bag also comprises means to carry or hold or drag the bag easily when in use, the external layer also comprises means to close the bag safely when carrying or storing or transporting goods, wherein said security features provide additional safety benefits for the users when said bag is in use. 
     
     
         2 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said means to carry or hold the bag include at least a strap or a handle or wheels or any other such provision as defined herein. 
     
     
         3 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said means to close the bag includes zipper or buttons or stitching provisions or any other such provision as defined herein. 
     
     
         4 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said security features preferably comprises LED lighting to improve visibility inside for the users and on outside for others when in dark or in vicinity of any vehicle. 
     
     
         5 . The bag as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein said bag can be located even in dark due to unique security features added. 
     
     
         6 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said decorations on the bag are removable and/or reusable and said means to fix decorations on the bag may be including but not limited to a zipper, reusable adhesives, buttons, threads or any other such provision as defined herein. 
     
     
         7 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag is made up of a material having good fabric strength preferably above 500 Denier and lightweight texture. 
     
     
         8 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag preferably comprises provisions for a lunch bag cooler added to lunch box, backpack and luggage. 
     
     
         9 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag optionally includes one or plurality of pockets on the external side of the bag. 
     
     
         10 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag optionally includes extra shoulder padding for the kids to carry it easily and safely. 
     
     
         11 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag can be in any shape, including but not limited to a backpack, a lunchbox, a sporting helmet, travelling case etc. 
     
     
         12 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag comprises provisions for including but riot limited to advertisements, messages, logos and stickers of sports teams etc. 
     
     
         13 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag is capable of accommodating materials including but not limited to sport materials, books, apparel and food etc. 
     
     
         14 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag is carried on back, held in hand or dragged as per user's requirement. 
     
     
         15 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag is lightweight in nature and is easy to carry by any user. 
     
     
         16 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said bag having means to carry with good support material and lightweight in nature provides ergonomic support for the back and neck of the user even after carrying it for longer duration continuously. 
     
     
         17 . The bag as claimed in  claim 1 , as and when used as lunch box, backpack, travel case and any other application as per the requirement and design.
