Touch screen display device
Abstract
A touch screen display device, includes: a transparent substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to said first surface; a touch sensor disposed on said second surface; a plurality of color filters which are disposed on said first surface of said transparent substrate; a black matrix made of a non-transparent material and disposed on said first surface of said transparent substrate, wherein said black matrix has a frame region and said second surface has an area corresponding to said frame region; at least one alignment mark disposed on said area; and at least one flexible circuit board electrically connected to said touch sensor, wherein said flexible circuit board includes a connecting region and at least one alignment pattern formed on said connecting region, and said alignment pattern is corresponding to said alignment mark.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A touch screen display device, comprising:
a transparent substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to said first surface; a touch sensor disposed on said second surface; a plurality of color filters which are disposed on said first surface of said transparent substrate; a black matrix made of a non-transparent material and disposed on said first surface of said transparent substrate, wherein said black matrix has a frame region and said second surface has an area corresponding to said frame region; at least one alignment mark disposed on said area; and at least one flexible circuit board electrically connected to said touch sensor, wherein said flexible circuit board includes a connecting region and at least one alignment pattern formed on said connecting region, and said alignment pattern is corresponding to said alignment mark.
2 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said alignment pattern is partially overlapping with said alignment mark.
3 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said alignment pattern is aligned with said alignment mark.
4 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one alignment hole penetrates said black matrix to expose said transparent substrate.
5 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said alignment mark corresponds in position to said alignment hole.
6 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said alignment hole is larger than said alignment pattern.
7 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said alignment hole is defined by an edge, and a shortest distance between said edge of said alignment hole and said alignment pattern is not smaller than 30 μm.
8 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said flexible circuit board further includes a plurality of conductive wires electrically connected to said touch sensor, said alignment hole has a size sufficient to expose said alignment pattern, and at least one of said conductive wires is adjacent to said alignment pattern.
9 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said alignment pattern encircles said alignment mark.
10 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said frame region encircles said color filters.
11 . A touch screen display device, comprising:
a transparent substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to said first surface; a protective layer disposed on said transparent substrate and adjacent to said second surface; a black matrix made of a non-transparent material and disposed on said first surface of said transparent substrate; a plurality of color filters which are disposed on said first surface of said transparent substrate; a touch sensor disposed on said second surface; and at least one flexible circuit board electrically connected to said touch sensor, wherein said flexible circuit board includes a connecting region, and at least one alignment pattern disposed on said connecting region, wherein said second surface has a first region overlapping with said connecting region, at least one alignment mark is disposed on said first region, and said alignment pattern is corresponding to said alignment mark.
12 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein said alignment pattern is partially overlapping with said alignment mark.
13 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein said alignment pattern is aligned with said alignment mark.
14 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein at least one alignment hole penetrates said black matrix to expose said transparent substrate.
15 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 14 , wherein said alignment mark corresponds in position to said alignment hole.
16 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 14 , wherein said alignment hole is larger than that of said alignment pattern.
17 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 14 , wherein said alignment hole is defined by an edge, and a shortest distance between said edge of said alignment hole and said alignment pattern is not smaller than 30 μm.
18 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 14 , wherein said flexible circuit board further includes a plurality of conductive wires electrically connected to said touch sensor, and said alignment hole has a size sufficient to expose said alignment pattern.
19 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 18 , wherein at least one of said conductive wires is adjacent to said alignment pattern.
20 . The touch screen display device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein said touch sensor is one of a capacitive touch sensor and a resistive touch sensor.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
