Fan fastener
Abstract
A fastening system is provided with a wall ring as fastening device, a ventilator and a holding means, wherein the fastening device is provided in radial direction around the ventilator and the ventilator is connected to the fastening device via the holding means. The fastening device encompasses a first fastening geometry. The fastening system comprises the fastening device and additionally encompasses a holding device, wherein the fastening device encompasses at least one further, second fastening geometry for fastening the holding device to the fastening device. The fastening device and thus the wall ring axial ventilator can be fastened in a common manner to a unit via the first fastening geometry. The second fastening geometry serves to fasten the holding device to the fastening device, so that the wall ring axial ventilator can be fastened to a different design of a unit than a lamella heat exchanger.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A fastening system for fastening a wall ring axial ventilator comprising a wall ring as fastening device, a ventilator and a holding means, at a unit, wherein the fastening device is provided in radial direction around the ventilator and the ventilator is connected to the fastening device by means of the holding means, and wherein the fastening device encompasses a first fastening geometry characterized in that the fastening system comprises the fastening device and additionally encompasses a holding device, wherein the fastening device encompasses at least a second fastening geometry for fastening the holding device to the fastening device.
2 . The fastening system according to claim 1 , characterized in that the second fastening geometry is provided at the circumference of the fastening device.
3 . The fastening system according to claim 2 , characterized in that the fastening device encompasses a collar at its circumference, wherein the second fastening geometry is provided at the circumference of the collar.
4 . The fastening system according to claim 2 , characterized in that the second fastening geometry encompasses a first guide, into which the holding device can be inserted, wherein the outer diameter of the first guide has maximally the same size as the maximum outer diameter of the fastening device.
5 . The fastening system according to claim 4 , characterized in that the first guide is embodied as dovetail guide.
6 . The fastening system according to claim 5 , characterized in that the dovetail guide encompasses a trapezoidal shape.
7 . The fastening system according to claim 5 , characterized in that the dovetail guide encompasses a cylindrical shape.
8 . The fastening system according to claim 5 , characterized in that the holding device encompasses at least a second guide, which can be operatively connected to the first guide of the second fastening geometry.
9 . The fastening system according to claim 8 , characterized in that the first and second guide of the second fastening geometry and of the holding device encompass corresponding bevels in axial direction.
10 . The fastening system according to claim 1 , characterized in that the fastening device encompasses at least a first indexing means, wherein the holding device encompasses a second indexing means, which interacts with the first indexing means in response to the assembly of holding device with the fastening device.
11 . The fastening system according to claim 10 , characterized in that the first indexing means encompasses an axial projection at the outer geometry of the collar of the fastening device, while the second indexing means encompasses a groove, which runs in axial direction, at the inner diameter of the holding device.
12 . The fastening system according to claim 1 , characterized in that the fastening device encompasses a first fixing geometry and the holding device encompasses a second fixing geometry, wherein the fixing geometries can be operatively connected in the assembled state.
13 . The fastening system according to claim 12 , characterized in that the first fixing geometry is the first fastening geometry, wherein the second fixing geometry is a borehole of the holding device.
14 . The fastening system according to claim 12 , characterized in that the fastening geometry encompasses a flange, which acts as first fixing geometry, and the second fixing geometry encompasses a snap-fit at the holding device.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
