Abstract
A compressor of the present invention comprises a cylinder ( 114 ) which accommodates a reciprocatable piston ( 116 ) therein; a valve plate ( 117 ) placed at an opening end of the cylinder ( 114 ) and includes a discharge valve seat ( 142 ) provided to surround a discharge hole ( 119 ); and a discharge valve ( 121 ) which opens and closes the discharge hole ( 119 ), wherein at least one of the discharge valve seat ( 142 ) and the discharge valve ( 121 ) is provided with a surface treatment film ( 160 ) including synthetic resin ( 171 ).

a cylinder which accommodates a reciprocatable piston therein; a valve plate placed at an opening end of the cylinder and includes a discharge valve seat provided to surround a discharge hole; and a discharge valve which opens and closes the discharge hole, wherein at least one of the discharge valve seat and a portion of the discharge valve which portion contacts the discharge valve seat is provided with a surface treatment film including synthetic resin.
2 . A compressor comprising:
a cylinder which accommodates a reciprocatable piston therein; a valve plate placed at an opening end of the cylinder and includes a suction valve seat provided to surround a suction hole; and a suction valve which opens and closes the suction hole, wherein at least one of the suction valve seat and a portion of the suction valve which portion contacts the suction valve seat is provided with a surface treatment film including synthetic resin.
3 . The compressor according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a suction valve which opens and closes a suction hole, wherein the valve plate further includes a suction valve seat provided to surround the suction hole, and wherein at least one of the suction valve seat and a portion of the suction valve which portion contacts the suction valve seat is provided with a surface treatment film including synthetic resin.
4 . The compressor according claim 1 ,
wherein the surface treatment film includes a solid lubricant.
5 . The compressor according to claim 1 ,
wherein each of the discharge valve seat and the portion of the discharge valve which portion contacts the discharge valve seat is provided with the surface treatment film.
6 . The compressor according to claim 2 ,
wherein each of the suction valve seat and the portion of the suction valve which portion contacts the suction valve seat is provided with the surface treatment film.
7 . The compressor according to claim 1 ,
wherein the surface treatment film has a thickness of 1 μm to 20 μm.
8 . The compressor according to claim 1 ,
wherein the synthetic resin comprises at least one resin selected from a resin group consisting of polyamide resin, epoxy resin, and phenol resin.
9 . The compressor according to claim 4 ,
wherein the solid lubricant comprises at least one compound selected from a compound group consisting of molybdenum disulfide, graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene resin, and antimony trioxide.
10 . The compressor according claim 2 ,
wherein the surface treatment film includes a solid lubricant.
11 . The compressor according to claim 2 ,
wherein the surface treatment film has a thickness of 1 μm to 20 μm.
12 . The compressor according to claim 2 ,
