Tattoo Imprinted Apparel

Abstract

A method for replicating body tattoos onto apparel utilizes a form-fitting apparel and a tattoo graphic. The tattoo graphic is aligned with a desired section of the form-fitting apparel. When aligned, the tattoo graphic is decaled onto the desired section of the form-fitting apparel. Once decaling the tattoo graphic onto the form-fitting apparel is complete, the form-fitting apparel is configured onto a bodily figure in order to display the tattoo graphic. The form-fitting apparel can vary according to a portion of the bodily figure. As an example, the portion of the bodily figure, can be, but is not limited to an arm, a torso, or a leg. To correspond to the portion of the bodily figure, the form-fitting apparel can be, but is not limited to a sleeve, a shirt, or a pair of pants.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel comprises the steps of:
 providing a form-fitting apparel and a tattoo graphic;   aligning the tattoo graphic with a desired section of the form-fitting apparel;   decaling the tattoo graphic onto the desired section of the form-fitting apparel; and   configuring the form-fitting apparel onto a bodily figure in order to display the tattoo graphic.   
     
     
         2 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 1  comprises the steps of:
 identifying a clothes-hidden tattoo on a portion of the bodily figure; 
 selecting the form-fitting apparel in order to clothe the portion of the bodily figure; 
 identifying a section of the form-fitting apparel adjacent to the clothes-hidden tattoo as the desired section of the form-fitting apparel; and 
 decaling the clothes-hidden tattoo onto the desired section of the form-fitting apparel as the tattoo graphic, wherein the tattoo graphic visually matches the clothes-hidden tattoo. 
 
     
     
         3 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein:
 the portion of the bodily figure is an arm; and   the form-fitting apparel is a sleeve.   
     
     
         4 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein:
 the portion of the bodily figure is a torso; and   the form-fitting apparel is a shirt.   
     
     
         5 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein:
 the portion of the bodily figure is a leg; and   the form-fitting apparel is a pair of pants.   
     
     
         6 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 1  comprises the steps of:
 selecting a planned tattoo on a portion of the bodily figure; 
 selecting the form-fitting apparel in order to clothe the portion of the bodily figure; 
 identifying a section of the form-fitting apparel adjacent to the planned tattoo as the desired section of the form-fitting apparel; and 
 decaling the planned tattoo onto the desired section of the form-fitting apparel as the tattoo graphic, wherein the tattoo graphic visually matches the planned tattoo. 
 
     
     
         7 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein:
 the portion of the bodily figure is an arm; and   the form-fitting apparel is a sleeve.   
     
     
         8 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein:
 the portion of the bodily figure is a torso; and   the form-fitting apparel is a shirt.   
     
     
         9 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein:
 the portion of the bodily figure is a leg; and   the form-fitting apparel is a pair of pants.   
     
     
         10 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 1  comprises the steps of:
 identifying a color for the tattoo graphic; and 
 selecting a color for the form-fitting apparel in order to visually contrast the color of the tattoo graphic. 
 
     
     
         11 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the color for the form-fitting apparel is white. 
     
     
         12 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the color for the form-fitting apparel is a matching skin tone of the bodily figure. 
     
     
         13 . A method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel comprises the steps of:
 providing a bodily figure;   identifying a clothes-hidden tattoo on a portion of the bodily figure;   selecting a form-fitting apparel in order to clothe the portion of the bodily figure;   identifying a section of the form-fitting apparel adjacent to the clothes-hidden tattoo as a desired section of the form-fitting apparel;   aligning the tattoo graphic with the desired section of the form-fitting apparel;   decaling the clothes-hidden tattoo onto the desired section of the form-fitting apparel as the tattoo graphic, wherein the tattoo graphic visually matches the clothes-hidden tattoo; and   configuring the form-fitting apparel onto the bodily figure in order to display the tattoo graphic.   
     
     
         14 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 13 , wherein:
 the portion of the bodily figure is an arm; and   the form-fitting apparel is a sleeve.   
     
     
         15 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 13 , wherein:
 the portion of the bodily figure is a torso; and   the form-fitting apparel is a shirt.   
     
     
         16 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 13 , wherein:
 the portion of the bodily figure is a leg; and   the form-fitting apparel is a pair of pants.   
     
     
         17 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 13  comprises the steps of:
 identifying a color for the tattoo graphic; and 
 selecting a color for the form-fitting apparel in order to visually contrast the color of the tattoo graphic. 
 
     
     
         18 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 17 , wherein the color for the form-fitting apparel is white. 
     
     
         19 . The method of replicating body tattoos onto apparel as claimed in  claim 17 , wherein the color for the form-fitting apparel is a matching skin tone of the bodily figure.
