Abstract

A touch input device may be provided that includes: a touch sensor panel including a plurality of drive electrodes, a plurality of receiving electrodes and a plurality of node capacitors formed by the drive electrode and the receiving electrode; a driving part applying a driving signal to the drive electrode; a detector including a receiver which receives a signal including information on a capacitance of the node capacitor through the receiving electrode and integrates the signal; and an input capacitor connected between the receiver and the receiving electrode.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A touch input device comprising:
 a touch sensor panel comprising a plurality of drive electrodes, a plurality of receiving electrodes and a plurality of node capacitors formed by the drive electrode and the receiving electrode;   a driving part applying a driving signal to the drive electrode;   a detector comprising a receiver which receives a signal including information on a capacitance of the node capacitor through the receiving electrode and integrates the signal; and   an input capacitor connected between the receiver and the receiving electrode.   
     
     
         2 . The touch input device of  claim 1 , wherein the input capacitor is a variable capacitor and wherein a frequency bandwidth of the touch input device is controlled according to a value of the input capacitor. 
     
     
         3 . The touch input device of  claim 1 , wherein the receiver comprises:
 an amplifier; and   a feedback capacitor coupled between an output terminal and a negative input terminal of the amplifier,   and wherein the input capacitor is connected between the negative input terminal and the receiving electrode.   
     
     
         4 . The touch input device of  claim 3 , wherein the receiver further comprises a resistor which is connected in series to the feedback capacitor and is positioned between the negative input terminal and the output terminal. 
     
     
         5 . The touch input device of  claim 4 , wherein the feedback capacitor is a variable capacitor and wherein the resistor is a variable resistor. 
     
     
         6 . The touch input device of  claim 5 , wherein the frequency bandwidth of the touch input device is controlled by a value of the feedback capacitor and a value of the resistor. 
     
     
         7 . The touch input device of  claim 2 , wherein the receiver comprises:
 an amplifier; and   a feedback capacitor coupled between an output terminal and a negative input terminal of the amplifier,   and wherein the input capacitor is connected between the negative input terminal and the receiving electrode.   
     
     
         8 . The touch input device of  claim 7 , wherein the receiver further comprises a resistor which is connected in series to the feedback capacitor and is positioned between the negative input terminal and the output terminal. 
     
     
         9 . The touch input device of  claim 8 , wherein the feedback capacitor is a variable capacitor and wherein the resistor is a variable resistor. 
     
     
         10 . The touch input device of  claim 9 , wherein the frequency bandwidth of the touch input device is controlled by a value of the feedback capacitor and a value of the resistor. 
     
     
         11 . A touch input device comprising:
 a touch sensor panel comprising a plurality of drive electrodes, a plurality of receiving electrodes and a plurality of node capacitors formed by the drive electrode and the receiving electrode;   a driving part applying a driving signal to the drive electrode; and   a detector comprising a receiver which receives a signal including information on a capacitance of the node capacitor through the receiving electrode and integrates the signal, wherein the receiver comprises:
 an amplifier; 
 a feedback capacitor coupled between an output terminal and a negative input terminal of the amplifier; and 
 a resistor which is connected in series to the feedback capacitor and is positioned between the negative input terminal and the output terminal. 
   
     
     
         12 . The touch input device of  claim 11 , wherein the feedback capacitor is a variable capacitor and wherein a frequency bandwidth of the touch input device is controlled according to a value of the feedback capacitor. 
     
     
         13 . The touch input device of  claim 11 , wherein the resistor is a variable resistor and wherein a frequency bandwidth of the touch input device is controlled according to a value of the resistor. 
     
     
         14 . The touch input device of  claim 11 , further comprising an input capacitor connected between the negative input terminal and the receiving electrode. 
     
     
         15 . The touch input device of  claim 14 , wherein the input capacitor is a variable capacitor and wherein the frequency bandwidth of the touch input device is controlled according to a value of the input capacitor. 
     
     
         16 . The touch input device of  claim 12 , further comprising an input capacitor connected between the negative input terminal and the receiving electrode. 
     
     
         17 . The touch input device of  claim 16 , wherein the input capacitor is a variable capacitor and wherein the frequency bandwidth of the touch input device is controlled according to a value of the input capacitor. 
     
     
         18 . The touch input device of  claim 13 , further comprising an input capacitor connected between the negative input terminal and the receiving electrode. 
     
     
         19 . The touch input device of  claim 18 , wherein the input capacitor is a variable capacitor and wherein the frequency bandwidth of the touch input device is controlled according to a value of the input capacitor.
