Abstract

An inner and/or outer layer of non-stretchable material or material having non-elastomeric components, affixed as a lining to a garment or undergarment made from stretchable material to cover the surface of the shoulders and lateral torso walls areas, which when bind against the body acts as an harness, to perform as support and restraint the weight of a holster that is fastened on to the outer layer of the non-stretchable material. The layer of non-stretchable material combined with stretchable fabric, keeps from stretching out of shape and strengthens the area covered by the fabric, for instance where the holster that supports the weight of a handgun and ammunition magazines or other hand held type products that are fastened to the garment or undergarment.

1 . The invention claimed is a shirt harness for carrying a concealed weapon comprising:
 a layer of non-stretchable material or material having non-elastomeric components affixed to the inner and/or outer surface of a garment or undergarment made of stretchable fabric, to conform the shoulders and lateral torso walls sections, wherein the layer of non-stretchable material having a sleeve opening proximate the top end.   
     
     
         2 . A shirt harness for carrying a concealed weapon as in  claim 1 , and further including loop fabric affixed to the lateral torso walls sections to hold a Velcro-backed holster.
