Abstract

A nanoporous membrane according to the present invention includes a support member and a polymer layer disposed on the support member and including a plurality of nano pores each having an inner wall formed of a block-structured polymer material of which the end thereof is substituted by a functional group.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A nanoporous membrane comprising
a support member, and a polymer layer disposed on the support member and including a plurality of nano pores each having an inner wall formed of a block-structured polymer material of which the end thereof is substituted by a functional group.

2 . The nanoporous membrane of claim 1 , wherein the functional group is at least one of —COOH, —NH 2 , and —SH.

3 . The nanoporous membrane of claim 2 , wherein the block-structured polymer material is a PMMA block.

4 . The nanoporous membrane of claim 3 , wherein the polymer layer comprises
a lower layer formed of a PS block, and an upper layer disposed in the lower layer and formed of the PMMA block.

5 . The nanoporous membrane of claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the polymer layer is 50 nm to 100 nm.

6 . The nanoporous membrane of claim 1 , wherein the nano pores of the polymer are distributed with density of 10 11 nano pores/cm2.
