Pump device
Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pump device which has the function of separating foreign matter from operating fluid containing foreign matter and which can accommodate an increase in the flow rate of the operating fluid. This pump device has: a first pump ( 3 ); a second pump ( 8 ) which has a rotating shaft coaxial with the rotating shaft ( 10 ) of the first pump ( 3 ) and which is provided below the suction opening ( 30 i ) of the first pump ( 3 ); at least one cyclone ( 6 ) which is disposed in a region above the second pump ( 8 ) and below the suction opening ( 30 i ) of the first pump ( 3 ) and which has the function of separating foreign matter from operating fluid; and a discharge opening ( 46 o ) which discharges operating fluid which contains the foreign matter separated by the cyclone ( 6 ).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A pump device, comprising:
a first pump provided above an operating fluid storing portion; a second pump having a rotating shaft coaxial with a rotating shaft of the first pump and provided below a suction opening of the first pump; at least one cyclone provided in a region above the second pump and below the suction opening of the first pump and having a function of separating foreign matter from the operating fluid; and a discharge opening of the operating fluid containing the foreign matter separated by the cyclone, wherein the discharge opening is provided above the operating fluid storing portion and has a pipeline communicating with said discharge opening from a level of an outlet of said cyclone.
2 . The pump device according to claim 1 , wherein
a guide member extending in a direction of the rotating shafts of the first pump and the second pump is provided in a region above said second pump and a region outside in a radial direction of the second pump.
3 . The pump device according to claim 1 , wherein
an inlet of said cyclone communicates with an inflow passage extending in a circumferential direction, and said inflow passage is opened to a swirl flow along said guide member.
4 . The pump device according to claim 1 , wherein
a throttle member is provided on a lower end portion of the cyclone.
5 . The pump device according to claim 2 , wherein
an inlet of said cyclone communicates with an inflow passage extending in a circumferential direction, and said inflow passage is opened to a swirl flow along said guide member.
6 . The pump device according to claim 2 , wherein
a throttle member is provided on a lower end portion of the cyclone.
7 . The pump device according to claim 3 , wherein
a throttle member is provided on a lower end portion of the cyclone.
8 . The pump device according to claim 5 , wherein
a throttle member is provided on a lower end portion of the cyclone.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
