Safety device for preventing working-apparatus operation during regeneration of forklift-truck diesel-exhaust gas after-treatment device
Abstract
A safety device, preventing working-apparatus operation during regeneration of a diesel-exhaust-gas after-treatment device, comprises: a hydraulic pump discharging high-pressure hydraulic fluid; a main control valve, with working-apparatus control valves, providing hydraulic fluid to a desired working apparatus among a plurality of working apparatuses; an adjustment control valve controlled to provide pilot hydraulic fluid to the working-apparatus control valves due to actuation of an actuation lever; a pressure-reducing valve effecting control such that high-pressure hydraulic oil from the hydraulic pump is reduced in pressure to the pressure of the pilot hydraulic fluid, and which supplies pressure-reduced hydraulic fluid to the adjustment control valve; and a control-valve unit, disposed upstream of the adjustment control valve, controlled to cut off supply of pressure-reduced hydraulic fluid to the adjustment control valve upon receiving a signal from the control unit, based on worker departure data when a worker leaves the driving seat during the regeneration.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A safety device for preventing a working apparatus from being operated during regeneration of a diesel exhaust gas after-treatment device of a forklift-truck, comprising:
a hydraulic pump configured to discharge high-pressure working fluid; a main control valve provided with a plurality of working apparatus control valves, and configured to provide the working fluid to a desired working apparatus among a plurality of working apparatuses; a remote control valve controlled so as to provide pilot working fluid to the plurality of working apparatus control valves according to an operation of a working apparatus actuation lever; a pressure-reducing valve controlled in such a way that high-pressure working fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump is pressure-reduced to a pressure of the pilot working fluid to provide the pressure-reduced working fluid to the remote control valve; and a control valve unit disposed upstream of the remote control valve, and controlled in such a way so as to block the pressure-reduced working fluid from being provided to the remote control valve by receiving a signal from the controller based on worker departure information when a worker leaves a driver's seat during regeneration of a diesel particulate filter.
2 . The safety device of claim 1 , wherein when the worker sits on the driver's seat, the worker departure information is released, so that the control valve unit 100 is controlled to be open.
3 . The safety device of claim 1 , wherein a signal generated by a seat switch provided at the driver's seat is transmitted to an engine control unit (ECU), and the transmitted signal transmits the worker departure information from the ECU to the controller.
4 . The safety device of claim 2 , wherein a signal generated by a seat switch provided at the driver's seat is transmitted to an engine control unit (ECU), and the transmitted signal transmits the worker departure information from the ECU to the controller.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
