Abstract
Systems and methods for personalizing prosthetic and orthotic devices are disclosed. In some embodiments, an apparatus includes a device configured to be worn by a wearer as at least one of a prosthetic or an orthosis, and a chrome layer disposed on at least a portion of an outer surface of the device. In other embodiments, and apparatus includes a device configured to be worn by a wearer as at least one of a prosthetic or an orthosis, and a light-emitting device attached to an outer surface of the device. In further embodiments, and apparatus includes a device configured to be worn by a wearer as at least one of a prosthetic or an orthosis, and an electronic tracking device operatively coupled to the device.
