Minimum cavetto module portable refrigerated cabinet with one free cold passage
Abstract
Disclosed herein, in one aspect, is a portable minimum cavetto module refrigerated cabinet with a single free cold passage that comprises a thermally insulated broad vertical cabinet, having a compact and low-power refrigerating machine, characterized in that it has been supplemented with: a) a platform ( 1 ) 1 with three openings located horizontally at the inner midpoint of the cabinet and constituting a segment which divides into two miniaturized modules, an occupied module ( 2 ), and a miniaturized module of a single free cold passage ( 3 ); b) a supplemental feature of an arc-shaped duct ( 4 ) which rises up from the platform and screwed by this, with grills ( 5 ) and ( 6 ), and a hinged air filter ( 7 ); c) two concave cavetto moldings ( 8 ) in the internal lateral walls, and partition walls facing each other ( 9 ) and ( 10 ), which when open are supported on projecting structures ( 11 ), in closed position supported by means of a latch bar ( 12 ), and supported on the internal base a sliding tray ( 13 ) with a handle ( 14 ), which above this tray, without direct contact, there are inclined cross racks ( 15 ), and in the upper part of the cabinet the air of condensation is channeled by grills ( 16 ) and ( 17 ); d) parallel profiles ( 18 ) welded between joints with transverse profiles ( 19 ), with four base wheels ( 20 ), thus forming a vertical assembly of a portable minimum cavetto module refrigerated cabinet with a single free cold passage, suitable for shops or beverage distributor operations.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A portable minimum cavetto module refrigerated cabinet with a single free cold passage that structurally comprises a thermally insulated cabinet with broad internal dimensions, having a compact and low-power refrigerating machine which allows it to be connected to any conventional electrical outlet, characterized essentially in that said structure has been supplemented with: a) a platform ( 1 ) of sheet metal with three openings, located at the midpoint and welded in the horizontal direction to the frame structure and constituting a segment which divides into two reduced modules, one a miniaturized module ( 2 ) occupied by the conventional refrigerating machine and supplements, and the other a miniaturized module of a single free cold passage ( 3 ) of symmetrically equal proportions in the interior of the actual structure of the cabinet; b) a supplemental feature of an arc-shaped duct ( 4 ) which rises up from and above the platform, supplemented by grills ( 5 ) and ( 6 ) screwed to the platform and supplemented in turn by a hinged air filter ( 7 ), defining below it a kind of ceiling for the single miniaturized cavetto module arrangement with one free cold passage ( 3 ) in the structure of the frame in the manner of a temporary chilled container, thus forming a new assembly of object and apparatus reconfigured as a portable minimum cavetto module refrigerated cabinet with a single free cold passage, in whose single free passage a single pack or a single box of beverage containers is chilled at a time, suitable for shops or beverage distributor operations
2 . The portable minimum cavetto module refrigerated cabinet with a single free cold passage according to previous claim, characterized in that the single miniaturized module arrangement of one free cold passage ( 3 ), in order to decrease the area and space of the module itself, has been supplemented inside the latter with: c) two curved metal sheets fitted into the lateral walls of concave shape, a cavetto molding ( 8 ) which, in order to form a compartment space which is internally free, small, closed and accessible, have been supplemented with walls facing each other which form gates ( 9 ) and ( 10 ), defining in closed position a miniaturized module with reduced internal area, where the open gates are supported in horizontal position toward the outside of the cabinet above the intermediate level of the projecting structure ( 11 ), in the closed gate position supported by a latch bar ( 12 ), and at the bottom and supported, being seated in the covered base inside the cabinet, is a sliding tray ( 13 ) with a handle ( 14 ) screwed to it, and above this tray, without being in direct contact with it, there are arranged at an inclination, disposed on its perimeter frame and bolted to the structure of the module ( 3 ), covering a portion of the area by means of cross racks ( 15 ), spaced apart, with a 45 degree inclination, having means of decreasing the zone, forming an area not equal to the lower base of the module, so as to facilitate the movement of the cold internal air beneath it and make possible a cleaning without much effort, being well defined as a base area delimited for the sole placement or free passage for the chilling, and which in the upper part of the module ( 2 ) have means for handling the air of condensation of the refrigerant via grills ( 16 ) and ( 17 ) screwed onto the outer surface of the cabinet structure.
3 . The portable minimum cavetto module refrigerated cabinet with a single free cold passage according to claim 1 , characterized in that the miniaturized occupied module ( 2 ) and the miniaturized free module ( 3 ) have means of coupling to the structural support via: d) four profiles placed vertically ( 18 ) and railed by outer edges of the rectangular parallelepiped and this parallelepiped is seated on a quadrilateral in the middle zone of the structure formed by the transverse profiles of horizontal joints ( 19 ), joined intermediately to each other, thus forming a simple support structure and where four wheels ( 20 ) are anchored at the ends of the quadrilateral in the lower level base of the profilesJoin the waitlist — get patent alerts
