Playing Card Deck

Abstract

A playing card deck has a plurality of playing cards each with a front surface, rear surface, color designation, and card value. The color designation and the card value being presented on the front surface and the rear surface of each of the plurality of playing cards being identical. The plurality of playing cards includes a plurality of first color cards, plurality of second color cards, plurality of third color cards, plurality of fourth color cards, plurality of fifth color cards, plurality of sixth color cards, and plurality of seventh color cards each with the card value ranging from one to twelve, and a plurality of wild cards corresponding to said cards. The plurality of playing cards further includes a plurality of eighth color cards and a plurality of ninth color cards, the card value of each ranging from one to nine.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A playing card deck comprises:
 a plurality of playing cards;   each of the plurality of playing cards comprises a rear surface, a front surface, a color designation, and a card value;   the rear surface and the front surface being positioned opposite each other;   the rear surface of each of the plurality of playing cards being identical;   the color designation and the card value being presented on the front surface;   the plurality of playing cards includes a plurality of first color cards, a plurality of second color cards, a plurality of third color cards, a plurality of fourth color cards, a plurality of fifth color cards, a plurality of sixth color cards, and a plurality of seventh color cards;   the color designation of each of the plurality of first color cards being a first color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of second color cards being a second color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of third color cards being a third color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of fourth color cards being a fourth color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of fifth color cards being a fifth color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of sixth color cards being a sixth color; and   the color designation of each of the plurality of seventh color cards being a seventh color.   
     
     
         2 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the first color is red, the second color is orange, the third color is yellow, the fourth color is green, the fifth color is blue, the sixth color is indigo, and the seventh color is violet. 
     
     
         3 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the color designation substantially encompasses the front surface. 
     
     
         4 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 1  comprises:
 a unique marking; 
 the unique marking being positioned on the front surface; and 
 the unique marking embodying the color designation. 
 
     
     
         5 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 1  comprises:
 the card value being presented as a first indicator and a second indicator; and 
 the first indicator and the second indicator being positioned diagonally from each other about the front surface, wherein the first indicator and the second indicator are positioned in diagonally opposite corners. 
 
     
     
         6 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 1  further comprises:
 the card value for each of the plurality of first color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of first color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of second color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of second color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of third color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of third color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of fourth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of fourth color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of fifth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of fifth color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of sixth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of sixth color cards; and 
 the card value for each of the plurality of seventh color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of seventh color cards. 
 
     
     
         7 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the card value for each of the plurality of first color cards, each of the plurality of second color cards, each of the plurality of third color cards, each of the plurality of fourth color cards, each of the plurality of fifth color cards, each of the plurality of sixth color cards, and each of the plurality of seventh color cards ranges from one to twelve. 
     
     
         8 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 1  comprises:
 the plurality of cards further includes a plurality of eighth color cards and a plurality of ninth color cards; 
 the color designation of each of the plurality of eighth color cards being an eighth color; and 
 the color designation of each of the plurality of ninth color cards being a ninth color. 
 
     
     
         9 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein the eighth color is white and the ninth color is black. 
     
     
         10 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 8  comprises:
 the card value for each of the plurality of eighth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of eighth color cards; and 
 the card value for each of the plurality of ninth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of ninth color cards. 
 
     
     
         11 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the card value for each of the plurality of eighth color cards ranges and each of the plurality of ninth color cards ranges from one to nine. 
     
     
         12 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 1  further comprises:
 the plurality of playing cards further comprises a plurality of wild cards; 
 the plurality of wild cards comprises a first wild card, a second wild card, a third wild card, a fourth wild card, a fifth wild card, a sixth wild card, and a seventh wild card; 
 the color designation of the first wild card being the first color; 
 the color designation of the second wild card being the second color; 
 the color designation of the third wild card being the third color; 
 the color designation of the fourth wild card being the fourth color; 
 the color designation of the fifth wild card being the fifth color; 
 the color designation of the sixth wild card being the sixth color; and 
 the color designation of the seventh wild card being the seventh color. 
 
     
     
         13 . A playing card deck comprises:
 a plurality of playing cards;   each of the plurality of playing cards comprises a rear surface, a front surface, a color designation, and a card value;   the rear surface and the front surface being positioned opposite each other;   the rear surface of each of the plurality of playing cards being identical;   the color designation and the card value being presented on the front surface;   the plurality of playing cards includes a plurality of first color cards, a plurality of second color cards, a plurality of third color cards, a plurality of fourth color cards, a plurality of fifth color cards, a plurality of sixth color cards, a plurality of seventh color cards, a plurality of eighth color cards, a plurality of ninth color cards, and a plurality of wild cards;   the plurality of wild cards comprises a first wild card, a second wild card, a third wild card, a fourth wild card, a fifth wild card, a sixth wild card, and a seventh wild card;   the color designation of each of the plurality of first color cards and the first wild card being a first color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of second color cards and the second wild card being a second color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of third color cards and the third wild card being a third color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of fourth color cards and the fourth wild card being a fourth color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of fifth color cards and the fifth wild card being a fifth color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of sixth color cards and the sixth wild card being a sixth color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of seventh color cards and the seventh wild card being a seventh color;   the color designation of each of the plurality of eighth color cards being an eighth color; and   the color designation of each of the plurality of ninth color cards being a ninth color.   
     
     
         14 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 13 , wherein the first color is red, the second color is orange, the third color is yellow, the fourth color is green, the fifth color is blue, the sixth color is indigo, the seventh color is violet, the eighth color is white, and the ninth color is black. 
     
     
         15 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 13 , wherein the color designation substantially encompasses the front surface. 
     
     
         16 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 13  comprises:
 a unique marking; 
 the unique marking being positioned on the front surface; and 
 the unique marking embodying the color designation. 
 
     
     
         17 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 13  comprises:
 the card value being presented as a first indicator and a second indicator; and 
 the first indicator and the second indicator being positioned diagonally from each other about the front surface, wherein the first indicator and the second indicator are positioned in diagonally opposite corners. 
 
     
     
         18 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 13  further comprises:
 the card value for each of the plurality of first color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of first color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of second color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of second color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of third color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of third color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of fourth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of fourth color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of fifth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of fifth color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of sixth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of sixth color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of seventh color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of seventh color cards; 
 the card value for each of the plurality of eighth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of eighth color cards; and 
 the card value for each of the plurality of ninth color cards sequentially increasing with each of the plurality of ninth color cards. 
 
     
     
         19 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 18 , wherein the card value for each of the plurality of first color cards, each of the plurality of second color cards, each of the plurality of third color cards, each of the plurality of fourth color cards, each of the plurality of fifth color cards, each of the plurality of sixth color cards, and each of the plurality of seventh color cards ranges from one to twelve. 
     
     
         20 . The playing card deck as claimed in  claim 18 , wherein the card value for each of the plurality of eighth color cards ranges and each of the plurality of ninth color cards ranges from one to nine.
