Abstract

Electrical machine-Fluid Machine Stanchev aggregation set comprising Stator/Body Unit, Rotor/Piston Units, Power Supply and Control Module. The stator/body unit ( 1 ) shapes volume of rotation in which there are two segment-type rotor/piston units ( 11 ). Two channels ( 30 ) in the walls, shaping the volume of rotation, are in contact with two external areas from and to which fluid is fed and let out. The permanent magnets ( 12 ) are fixed in the rotor/piston units ( 11 ). Electromagnets frame the permanent magnets with their magnetic yokes ( 3 ) and ( 7 ) and coils ( 5 ). The poles of the electromagnets ( 7 ) face the trajectory of the poles of the magnetic yokes ( 7 ) of the permanent magnets ( 12 ). The terminal ends of the coils ( 5 ) of the electromagnets are connected to the electronic control module ( 24 ). Position sensors ( 10 ) fixed in the stator/body unit ( 1 ). Control module ( 24 ) secures control of the electromagnets.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 3 . (canceled)

4 . An electric machine-fluid machine Stanchev aggregation set, comprising:
 (a) a stator/body unit ( 1 ); (b) two segment-type rotor/piston units ( 11 ); (c) a power supply: and (d) a control module, wherein said stator/body unit ( 1 ) is made up of not less than two walls shaping a volume of rotation housing said two rotor/piston units ( 11 ), the combined profiles of which match that of said volume of rotation, and whereby said two rotor/piston units ( 11 ) are of equal dimensions and have a central angle smaller than Π rad (180°), said volume of rotation having an axis, and wherein there are two channels ( 30 , 31 ) formed in said walls, said channels ( 30 , 31 ) being in contact with two external areas from and to which fluid feeds and discharges, and wherein there are spaced-apart permanent magnets ( 12 ) in said rotor/piston units ( 11 ), said permanent magnets ( 12 ) having lines of magnetization collinear with said axis of said volume of rotation, and there are plural, spaced-apart electromagnets ( 7 ), each having a magnetic field, along the whole length of said volume of rotation and framed by magnetic yokes ( 3 ) and coils ( 5 ) so that the poles of said electromagnets ( 7 ) face the trajectory of the magnetic yokes ( 3 ) of the permanent magnets ( 12 ) in the rotor/piston units ( 11 ), and wherein said coils ( 5 ) of the electromagnets have terminal ends that are connected to the commutation components ( 26 ) of said control module ( 24 ), and wherein there are position sensors ( 10 ) in the stator/body unit ( 1 ) near the permanents magnets ( 12 ), and wherein said control module secures control of said electromagnets ( 7 ) so that their lines of magnetization interact with said lines of magnetization of said permanent magnets ( 12 ) in order to set up synchronized rotation of the rotor/piston units ( 11 ) which pushes out, and at the same time lets in, cycle of operation Π radians (80°), an equal amount of fluid.

5 . The electric machine-fluid machine Stanchev aggregation set according to claim 4 , wherein said channels ( 30 ) are opposite said channels ( 31 ), as regards the volume of rotation, and have identical cross-sectional sizes as regards the volume of rotation, as are also their central angles and their positions, and said channel ( 30 ) is connected with said channel ( 31 ).

6 . The electric machine-fluid machine Stanchev aggregation set according to claim 4 , wherein said channel ( 30 ) is equal in length to the shortest arc of the stator/body unit ( 1 ) and said channel ( 31 ) is equal to the longest arc of the rotor/piston units ( 11 ).
