Multi-layer Decorative Vamp and Method of its Manufacture

Abstract

A method for producing the multi-layer decorative vamp according to the first embodiment includes the steps of: (a) providing a base, a first plate, and a second plate, which have been cut to a predetermined shape respectively; (b) arranging the base and the first and second plates in a predetermined order; (c) stacking the first and second plates and the base, and the first plate disposed between the base and the second plate to form a stacked array; (d) hot pressing the stacked array.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multi-layer decorating vamp comprising:
 a base;   a first plate including a first medium, a first decorative layer, and a first thermosol layer therein, with the first medium disposed between the first decorative layer and the first thermosol layer disposed onto the base; and   a the second plate including a second medium, a second decorative layer, and a second thermosol layer therein, with the second medium disposed between the second decorative layer and the second thermosol layer disposed onto the first decorative layer;   wherein each of the base, the first and second plates is connected with each other by hot pressing.
