Abstract
The present invention relates to a pesticide having an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action obtained from plant extracts that have important synergic interactions in their pesticide activity, the characteristics of which are efficient control of insects, mites and nematodes; low toxicity for mammals and low persistence in the environment. This pesticide is a composition based on plant extracts which is characterized because it is constituted by: Isoquinoline alkaloids and their derivatives (0.1-20%) and Flavonoids and their glycosylated derivatives (0.001-10%). Therefore, the scope of the invention is aligned in general with organic pesticides and in particular to obtaining an organic pesticide which contains as active ingredient a mixture of isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids to be used to control agricultural pest.
Claims

Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids, the composition comprising: at least an isoquinoline alkaloid, particularly berberine and a synergic compound of plant origin that can be at least a glycosylated flavonoid of the flavonol group, flavones and isoflavones particularly pectolinarin.
2 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , further comprising:
secondary metabolites obtained from plant extracts, wherein the isoquinoline alkaloid is one different from berberine and being selected from a group consisting of: protopine, allocriptopine, cryptopine, sanguinarine, dihydrosanguinarine, norsanguinarine, oxysanguinarine, 6-acetonildihydrochelerythrine, dihydrochelerythrine, chelerythrine, N-norchelerythrine, chelerythridimerine, cheilanthifoline, coptisine, cryptopine, scoulerine, stylopine, muramine, thalifoline, reframidine and oxyhydrastinine.
3 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , further comprising:
secondary metabolites obtained from plant extracts, wherein the flavonoid is one different from pectolinarin, and being selected from a group consisting of flavonols and isoflavones and glycosylated derivatives, specifically glycosides of apigenin, cirsimaritin, campherol, linarin luteolin, pectolinarin and quercetin.
4 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids, the composition comprising:

5 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the isoquinoline alkaloids are obtained from plant extracts selected from a group consisting of Argemone spp. and Bocconia spp.
6 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the flavonoids in the pesticide are obtained from plants belonging to the genus Cirsium.
7 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the isoquinoline alkaloids are produced by a method selected from a group consisting of: chemical synthesis and cell cultures.
8 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , where the flavonoids are produced by a method selected from a group consisting of: chemical synthesis and cell culture.
9 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , the composition further comprising: 0.01 to 30% of the base extract and indistinctly water, oil or a solvent as a medium.
10 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , the composition further comprising: one or more surfactants, wetting dispersing and/or adhesive agents.
11 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , the composition further comprising: another pesticide component.
12 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , the composition being an effective dose as a component of a plague control system to control pest in plants, fruits and/or animals.
13 . Pesticide composition with an insecticide, acaricide and nematicide action based on isoquinoline alkaloids and flavonoids claimed in accordance with claim 1 , the composition being an effective dose as a component of an urban and domestic pest control system.
14 .
