Abstract

The combined feature of a long vertical Zipper inserted into the back of a pair of traditional jeans and complimenting undergarments with a vertical open overlapping flap is simplifying the use of a bathroom (from a woman's prospective) while dressed in full leather gear during motorcycle rides. It can be a long and difficult task to undo and redo all layered clothing underneath the leather Chaps during rest stops—Jeans and Chaps now stay in place. I invented this amazing feature for traditional pants in order to simplify certain tasks related to bathroom breaks during motorcycle rides while wearing protective Chaps. This invention will benefit everybody who owns a motorcycle or other similar recreational vehicle and/or a pair of leather Chaps.

1 . This invention consists of a pair of traditional pants modified with the addition of a vertical Zipper along the entire back seam. When worn on a motorcycle in combination with leather Chaps it is allowing a new unique way of use in relation to bathroom breaks during motorcycle rides because the Jeans and Chaps stay in place.
 The Zipper is inserted starting right under the back center of the waistband Runs vertically along the entire back center seam all the way to the front Ends at the mark of the front fly.   i) These traditional pants modified with the addition of a vertical Zipper along the entire back seam of pants are not limited to be used only in combination with Chaps on a motorcycle ride.   These back-zippered pants can be worn with or without Chaps. Due to their unique zipper design allowing hassle free access to bathrooms they can be worn for any and all recreational, leisure and social activities.   ii) Pants style and fabric may vary in order to facilitate the use, comfort and trend desired for other activities.   For example long legged denim jeans to ride on a motorcycle or any other recreational vehicle cotton/khaki shorts for hiking and camping, micro twill trousers for claim, etc.   iii) Pants design featuring the vertical Zipper insert along the entire back seam of a pair of pants remains the same, regardless of any of the various styles, materials and/or intended use for the pants.   
     
     
         2 . This invention is accompanied by modified underwear to enable complete functionality of the Zipper Feature.
 Designed with an open vertical overlapping flap along the whole back center   Duplicating the opening created by the Zipper in the UnderChaps   Briefs and thermals available for men and women.   
     
     
         3 . Summery: The concept of my invention is simply the unique placement and use of the standard zipper function when added to the back of any traditional pants. This part of my invention is to be patented as the “GenderGaps System”.
 The modified underwear is designed to enable complete functionality of the GenderGaps System when worn together. 
 This part of my invention is to be patented as “Underwear by GenderGaps”.
