Claims

Abstract

A package structure for packing at least one object is provided. The package structure includes first package containers, second package containers, and a third package container. The first package container is a cuboid and has a receiving space for receiving the object and a plurality of side surfaces surrounding the receiving space. Each side surface has a gap connecting the receiving space and exposing an edge of the object. The second package container has a first side, a second side, and a second receiving space therebetween for receiving the first package container. The third package container includes a first component and a second component being detachable to each other. One of the first component and the second component has a locking tab, and the other one has a locking hole. The first component and the second component together form a receiving space to receive the second package containers.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A package structure for packing at least one object, the at least one object being a cuboid, the package structure comprising:
 a first package container being a cuboid and having a receiving space and a plurality of side surfaces surrounding the receiving space, wherein the at least one object is received in the receiving space, each of the side surfaces has a gap, the gaps are communicated with the receiving space through the side surfaces to respectively expose a ridge portion of the at least one object; and   a second package container having a first side and a second side opposite to each other, a second receiving space being located between the first side and the second side for receiving the first package container.   
     
     
         2 . The package structure as recited in  claim 1 , wherein a maximum surface of the first package container acts as a projection plane, an orthogonal projection of the first package container and an orthogonal projection of the receiving space on the projection plane respectively have a square profile, and one of the square profiles is rotated relative to the other square profile by an angle, such that the two square profiles are misaligned. 
     
     
         3 . The package structure as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the first package container comprises:
 a pair of side boards; and   a plurality of wedge-shaped members simultaneously sandwiched between the pair of side boards to form the receiving space, wherein one of the gaps is between any two adjacent wedge-shaped members of the wedge-shaped members.   
     
     
         4 . The package structure as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the first package container comprises:
 a first package assembly having a pair of first wedge-shaped members and a pair of first side boards to constitute one portion of the receiving space, wherein the pair of first wedge-shaped members is simultaneously sandwiched between the pair of first side boards, and a first gap of the gaps is defined between the pair of first wedge-shaped members; and   a second package assembly having a pair of second wedge-shaped members and a pair of second side boards to constitute the other portion of the receiving space, wherein the pair of second wedge-shaped members is simultaneously sandwiched between the pair of second side boards, a second gap of the gaps exists between the pair of second wedge-shaped members, and the first gap and the second gap face each other.   
     
     
         5 . The package structure as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the first package container further has a plurality of cushion trenches respectively located on the side surfaces. 
     
     
         6 . The package structure as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the second package container is shaped as a box with an imprint line profile and at least one closable lid, and the imprint line profile is located at the first side or the second side of the second package container. 
     
     
         7 . The package structure as recited in  claim 6 , wherein the imprint line profile and the at least one closable lid are located on one side of the box. 
     
     
         8 . The package structure as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the first package container is made of a cushion material. 
     
     
         9 . A package structure for packing a plurality of objects, each of the objects is a cuboid, the package structure comprising:
 a plurality of first package containers, and each of the first package containers being a cuboid and having a receiving space and a plurality of side surfaces surrounding the receiving space, wherein each of the objects is received in the receiving space, each of the side surfaces has a gap, the gaps are communicated with the receiving space through the side surfaces to respectively expose a ridge portion of the object;   a plurality of second package containers, and each of the second package containers having a first side and a second side opposite to each other, a second receiving space being located between the first side and the second side for receiving the first package container; and   a third package container having a first component and a second component, the first component and the second component of the third package container being detachable, wherein one of the first component and the second component of the third package container has a first locking tab, the other one has a locking hole, and the first component and the second component of the third package container together form a third receiving space for receiving the second package containers.   
     
     
         10 . The package structure as recited in  claim 9 , wherein each of the first component and the second component comprises:
 a structural member having a first bottom plate and a plurality of first side boards, the first side boards being vertically arranged on the first bottom plate and surrounding the first bottom plate; and   a cover member having a second bottom plate and a plurality of second side boards extending in a direction away from the second bottom plate, the second side boards being bendable with respect to the second bottom plate, wherein the second bottom plate is placed below the first bottom plate, and the second side boards are turned over and clamp corresponding first side boards of the first side boards, such that the cover member covers a bottom of the structural member and the first side boards to expose the first bottom plate.   
     
     
         11 . The package structure as recited in  claim 10 , wherein each of the second side boards has a bendable first portion, a bendable second portion, a bendable connection portion, and a plurality of bendable second locking tabs, the first portion extends from the second bottom plate, the connection portion is connected between the first portion and the second portion, the second locking tabs extend from the second portion, the first bottom plate has a plurality of card slots adjacent to the first side boards, and after the first portion, the connection portion, and the second portion cover corresponding first side boards of the first side boards, the first portion, the connection portion, and the second portion are fixed to the first bottom plate of the structural member by locking the second locking tabs to the card slots. 
     
     
         12 . The package structure as recited in  claim 11 , wherein the first bottom plate has a plurality of cushion slots incapable of performing a fixing function. 
     
     
         13 . The package structure as recited in  claim 10 , further comprising:
 a plurality of spacers arranged in the first component or the second component, the spacers and the second package containers being arranged in one direction, each of the spacers being located between the second package containers or between the second package containers and the second side boards, each of the spacers comprising:   a partition plate; and   a cover plate having a U-shaped structure to clamp the partition plate, each of the cover plate and the partition plate having a plurality of openings communicating with one another.   
     
     
         14 . The package structure as recited in  claim 13 , wherein the cover plate further has a plurality of third locking tabs located at two opposite ends of a bottom of the U-shaped structure. 
     
     
         15 . The package structure as recited in  claim 9 , wherein the first component and the second component are boxes with same profile, the first locking tab is located on one side surface of one of the boxes, and the locking hole is located on one side surface of the other box opposite to the one side surface of the one of the boxes. 
     
     
         16 . The package structure as recited in  claim 9 , wherein a maximum surface of the first package container acts as a projection plane, an orthogonal projection of the first package container and an orthogonal projection of the receiving space on the projection plane respectively have a square profile, and one of the square profiles is rotated relative to the other square profile by an angle, such that the two square profiles are misaligned. 
     
     
         17 . The package structure as recited in  claim 9 , wherein the first package container comprises:
 a pair of side boards; and   a plurality of wedge-shaped members simultaneously sandwiched between the pair of side boards to form the receiving space, wherein one of the gaps is between any two adjacent wedge-shaped members of the wedge-shaped members.   
     
     
         18 . The package structure as recited in  claim 9 , wherein the first package container comprises:
 a first package assembly having a pair of first wedge-shaped members and a pair of first side boards to constitute one portion of the receiving space, wherein the pair of first wedge-shaped members is simultaneously sandwiched between the pair of first side boards, and a first gap of the gaps is defined between the pair of first wedge-shaped members; and   a second package assembly having a pair of second wedge-shaped members and a pair of second side boards to constitute the other portion of the receiving space, wherein the pair of second wedge-shaped members is simultaneously sandwiched between the pair of second side boards, a second gap of the gaps exists between the pair of second wedge-shaped members, and the first gap and the second gap face each other.   
     
     
         19 . The package structure as recited in  claim 9 , wherein the first package container further has a plurality of cushion trenches respectively located on the side surfaces. 
     
     
         20 . The package structure as recited in  claim 9 , wherein the second package container is shaped as a box with an imprint line profile and at least one closable lid, and the imprint line profile is located at the first side or the second side of the second package container. 
     
     
         21 . The package structure as recited in  claim 20 , wherein the imprint line profile and the at least one closable lid are located on one side of the box. 
     
     
         22 . The package structure as recited in  claim 9 , wherein the first package container is made of a cushion material.
