Abstract

An enhanced heel shoe attachment device attaches to a low heeled or flat shoe to convert the shoe into a high heeled shoe. The device includes a sole extension having a bottom surface, a top surface, and a perimeter wall coupled to and extending between the top surface and the bottom surface. Each of a plurality of clips is coupled to the sole extension. The clips are arranged around a perimeter of the top surface of the sole extension. Each clip has a distal portion relative to the sole extension extending over the top surface of the sole extension wherein the clips are configured for engaging a sole of a flat soled shoe wherein the sole extension extends downwardly from the sole.

I claim:

1 . An enhanced heel shoe attachment device comprising:
a sole extension having a bottom surface, a top surface, and a perimeter wall coupled to and extending between said top surface and said bottom surface; and a plurality of clips coupled to said sole extension, said clips being arranged around a perimeter of said top surface of said sole extension, each said clip having a distal portion relative to said sole extension extending over said top surface of said sole extension wherein said clips are configured for engaging a sole of a flat soled shoe wherein said sole extension extends downwardly from the sole.

2 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising a cavity extending into said top surface of said sole extension, said cavity being positioned adjacent to a back end of said sole extension wherein said cavity is configured to receive a heel extending from the sole when the sole is coupled to said sole extension.

3 . The device of claim 2 , further comprising a bottom surface of said cavity being sloped wherein said bottom surface extends downwardly and away from said back end of said sole extension.

4 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising said clips including a back clip extending along a back end of said sole extension.

5 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising said clips including a front clip extending along a front side of said sole extension.

6 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising said clips including a plurality of lateral clips, each lateral clip extending along a lateral side of said sole extension.

7 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising a panel coupled to and covering said bottom surface of said sole extension.

8 . The device of claim 7 , further comprising said panel being comprised of a soft material.

9 . An enhanced heel shoe attachment device comprising:
a sole extension having a bottom surface, a top surface, and a perimeter wall coupled to and extending between said top surface and said bottom surface; a plurality of clips coupled to said sole extension, said clips being arranged around a perimeter of said top surface of said sole extension, each said clip having a distal portion relative to said sole extension extending over said top surface of said sole extension wherein said clips are configured for engaging a sole of a flat soled shoe wherein said sole extension extends downwardly from the sole, said clips including a back clip extending along a back end of said sole extension, said clips including a front clip extending along a front side of said sole extension, said clips including a plurality of lateral clips, each lateral clip extending along a lateral side of said sole extension; a cavity extending into said top surface of said sole extension, said cavity being positioned adjacent to a back end of said sole extension wherein said cavity is configured to receive a heel extending from the sole when the sole is coupled to said sole extension; a bottom surface of said cavity being sloped wherein said bottom surface extends downwardly and away from said back end of said sole extension; and a panel coupled to and covering said bottom surface of said sole extension, said panel being comprised of a soft material.

10 . An enhanced heel shoe attachment device comprising:
a sole extension having a bottom surface, a top surface, and a perimeter wall coupled to and extending between said top surface and said bottom surface; and a bracket coupled to said sole extension, bracket extending around a perimeter of said top surface of said sole extension, said bracket having a distal portion relative to said sole extension extending over said top surface of said sole extension wherein said bracket is configured for engaging a sole of a flat soled shoe wherein said sole extension extends downwardly from the sole.

11 . The device of claim 10 , further comprising a cavity extending into said top surface of said sole extension, said cavity being positioned adjacent to a back end of said sole extension wherein said cavity is configured to receive a heel extending from the sole when the sole is coupled to said sole extension.

12 . The device of claim 11 , further comprising said bracket having a medial section extending along said back end of said sole extension, said bracket having outer sections extending along respective lateral sides of said sole extension.

13 . The device of claim 12 , further comprising said bracket extending a minimum of 60% of the total circumference around said top surface of said sole extension.
