Abstract
A delivery system for water enhancements according to various aspects of the present invention is configured to provide a controlled amount of a water enhancement to a water supply. In one embodiment, the delivery system comprises an enhancing device that operates under pressure to provide a controlled rate of diffusion of an enhancing element into the water supply to form an enhanced water supply for use or consumption. The delivery system may also be configured to buffer the enhanced water supply prior to use or consumption.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method of enhancing a water supply, comprising:
receiving the water supply into a water conduit of an enhancing device; communicating the water supply through a fluid communication section disposed on the water conduit to a sealed volume of the enhancing device, wherein the sealed volume is configured to contain a water soluble enhancing element; enhancing the water supply with the water soluble enhancing element to form an enhanced water supply; diffusing the enhanced water supply through the fluid communication section and into the water conduit; and selectively conveying the enhanced water supply to a demand location.
2 . A method of enhancing a water supply according to claim 1 , further comprising buffering the enhanced water supply with a buffering device before the enhanced water supply is conveyed to the demand location.
3 . A method of enhancing a water supply according to claim 2 , further comprising buffering the water supply to a pH level of approximately 6.5 to 8.0 with the buffering device before the water supply is received by the enhancing device.
4 . A method of enhancing a water supply according to claim 2 , wherein:
the water soluble enhancing element comprises vitamin C; and the fluid communication section is configured to provide a solution level of approximately 50 to 400 milligrams per liter of enhanced water supply into the water conduit.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
