Abstract

Disclosed is an electronic cigarette ( 100 ), comprising a cylinder housing ( 1 ), and a liquid storage component ( 37 ) and an atomizer ( 21 ) provided in the housing ( 1 ), wherein an end of the housing ( 1 ) is provided with a suction nozzle cover assembly ( 4, 4′, 4 ″) for suction by a smoker, the suction nozzle cover assembly ( 4, 4′, 4 ″) comprises a suction nozzle primary cover ( 41, 41 ″) and a suction nozzle secondary cover ( 42, 42′, 42 ″) cooperating with the suction nozzle primary cover ( 41, 41 ″), the suction nozzle primary cover ( 41, 41 ″) is inserted into the housing ( 1 ) and fixed to an inner wall of the housing ( 1 ), the suction nozzle secondary cover ( 42, 42 ′) is inserted into and fixed to the suction nozzle primary cover ( 41 ) and alternatively, the suction nozzle secondary cover ( 42 ″) is inserted and fixed to the inner wall of the housing ( 1 ), a cooling cavity is formed between the suction nozzle primary cover ( 41, 41 ″) and the suction nozzle secondary cover ( 42, 42′, 42 ″), and both the suction nozzle primary cover ( 41, 41 ″) and the suction nozzle secondary cover ( 42, 42′, 42 ″) are provided with a ventilation hole ( 412, 421, 421′, 412″, 412 ″) in communication with the cooling cavity. This electronic cigarette can reduce or avoid the possibility of a smoker inhaling cigarette liquid, and improve the safety of use.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An electronic cigarette including a cylindrical casing in which is provided with a liquid-storage member for storing tobacco-liquid and an atomizer for atomizing to transform the tobacco-liquid into smoke, wherein one end of the casing is provided with a mouthpiece cover component for sucking by smokers, the mouthpiece cover component including a mouthpiece main cover and a mouthpiece vice cover used in combining with the mouthpiece main cover, the mouthpiece main cover is inserted in the casing and fixed to the inner wall of the casing, the mouthpiece vice cover is inserted and fixed in the mouthpiece main cover or the mouthpiece vice cover is inserted in and fixed to the inner wall of the casing, a cooling cavity is formed between the mouthpiece main cover and the mouthpiece vice cover and is used for cooling the fine tobacco-liquid particles contained in the smoke on the inner wall thereof and allowing for as the smoke flowing through and transferring heat with the mouthpiece main cover and the mouthpiece vice cover the heat being absorbed by the both as a share, the mouthpiece main cover and the mouthpiece vice cover both have vent holes communicating with the cooling cavity provided thereon. 
     
     
         2 . The electronic cigarette according to  claim 1 , wherein the mouthpiece vice cover is inserted and fixed in the mouthpiece main cover.

The electronic cigarette according to  claim 2 , wherein the mouthpiece main cover includes a cylindrical main cover body formed by combination of a bottom wall and a side wall and comprising a cooling cavity, an insertion peg is formed on the bottom wall of the mouthpiece main cover and axially extending outward, the vent hole of the mouthpiece main cover is located in the middle of the insertion peg and axially perforates the insertion peg, a locating rim matching with the casing is formed on the top end outer wall of the mouthpiece main cover and radially extends outward; the mouthpiece vice cover is inserted in the main cover cooling cavity of the mouthpiece main cover and tensionally fitted to the side wall of the main cover cooling cavity.

The electronic cigarette according to  claim 3 , wherein the mouthpiece vice cover includes a cylindrical vice cover body formed by combination of a top wall and a side wall and comprising a vice cover cooling cavity, a vent hole is provided on the top wall of the vice cover body and axially perforates to allow for venting between the inside and outside of the vice cover cooling cavity.

The electronic cigarette according to  claim 3 , wherein the mouthpiece vice cover includes a cylindrical vice cover body formed by combination of a top wall and a side wall and comprising a vice cover cooling cavity, a vent hole is provided on the top wall of the vice cover body and axially perforates to allow for venting between the inside and outside of the vice cover cooling cavity; the bottom of the vice cover body extends outward to form an insertion peg for inserting with the main cover cooling cavity of the mouthpiece main cover, the inside of the insertion peg is provide with a axially perforating through hole communicating with the vice cover cooling cavity. 
     
     
         6 . The electronic cigarette according to  claim 1 , wherein the mouthpiece vice cover is inserted in and fixed to the inner wall of the casing.

The electronic cigarette according to  claim 6 , wherein the mouthpiece main cover includes a main cover body tensionally engaging with the inner side wall of the casing, the bottom of the main cover body axially extends outward to form an insertion peg, the vent hole of the mouthpiece main cover is located in the middle of the insertion peg and axially perforates the insertion peg; the mouthpiece vice cover and the mouthpiece main cover are abutted to each other or have an appropriate distance therebetween.

The electronic cigarette according to  claim 7 , wherein the mouthpiece vice cover includes a cylindrical vice cover body formed by combination of a top wall and a side wall and comprising a vice cover cooling cavity, a vent hole is provided on the top wall of the vice cover body and axially perforates to allow for venting between the inside and outside of the vice cover cooling cavity; a locating rim matching with the casing is formed on the top end outer wall of the mouthpiece vice cover and radially extends outward. 
     
     
         9 . The electronic cigarette according to  claim 1 , wherein the mouthpiece main cover and the mouthpiece vice cover are both made from plastic materials with good heat insulation effect. 
     
     
         10 . The electronic cigarette according to anyone of  claims 1  to  9 , wherein a liquid isolating member is provided in the casing, the liquid-storage member is accommodated and fixed in a closed space defined together by the mouthpiece cover, a part of the casing and the liquid isolating member, a duct for supporting the liquid-storage member is provided on the inner wall of the liquid-storage member and the duct is communicating with the mouthpiece cover and the liquid isolating member respectively, the atomizer is supported and fixed to the duct. 
     
     
         11 . The electronic cigarette according to  claim 10 , wherein the atomizer includes an electric heat wire and a liquid guiding member supporting the electric heat wire, the electric heat wire is working under the control of a control board provided in the casing and winds around the liquid guiding member; the positive and negative electrodes of the electric heat wire perforate the liquid isolating member to connect with the corresponding electrodes on the control board. 
     
     
         12 . The electronic cigarette according to  claim 10 , wherein the duct is a hollow round tube with a center through hole, a fixing groove for supporting and fixing the liquid guiding member is provided in the duct and runs through the tube wall, the liquid guiding member lies across the inside of the duct and both ends thereof separately run through the fixing groove and abut to the liquid-storage member to absorb the tobacco-liquid for atomizing by the electric heat wire. 
     
     
         13 . The electronic cigarette according to  claim 10 , wherein the liquid-storage member has a hollow-cylinder structure, and is sleeved on the outside of the duct and tensionally engaged with the outer wall of the duct for supporting, two ends of the liquid-storage member are separately abutted with the mouthpiece cover and the liquid isolating member, and the inner side wall of the liquid-storage member is abutted with the liquid guiding member. 
     
     
         14 . The electronic cigarette according to  claim 10 , wherein the liquid isolating member is shaped as a cylinder and includes a main body formed by combination of a side wall and a bottom wall, the middle of the liquid isolating member is provided with an insertion peg for inserting with the duct, the middle of the insertion peg is provided with a vent hole axially perforating the main body, an annular inner cavity for accommodating the duct and the liquid-storage member is formed between the insertion peg and the inner side wall of the liquid isolating member, a tensioner ring for matching the casing is formed on the outer side wall of the liquid isolating member and radially extends outward; the main body is fixed to the inner wall of the casing by tensional engagement of the outer side wall thereof and the tensioner ring; the bottom of the annular inner cavity is provided with a wire guiding hole locating at the outside of the insertion peg and axially perforating the bottom wall of the liquid isolating member.
