Abstract
New combined therapeutic regimens for treatment of B-cell lymphomas are disclosed which comprise, in particular, administration of anti-CD20 antibodies to patients having low-, intermediate- or high-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphomas.

1 . A method of treating an adult patient with relapsed low grade or follicular CD20-positive lymphoma comprising administering rituximab to the patient, monitoring for adverse events during therapy and discontinuing therapy if a grade 3 or grade 4 adverse event occurs in the patient, and wherein the adverse event is grade 3 or grade 4 arrhythmia.
