Abstract

An exercise device or machine is provided. The exercise device includes a first upright and a second upright. Each of the uprights may include a top end, a bottom end, and a plurality of openings in between. The plurality of openings of the first upright aligns with the plurality of openings of the second upright. The exercise device further includes a base. The bottom end of the uprights may be attached to the base. The base is configured to support the first upright and the second upright in a vertical position when the base is resting on a surface. At least one pole is sized to fit through the aligned openings of the first and second uprights.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1 . An exercise device comprising:
a first upright and a second upright each comprising a top end, a bottom end, and a plurality of openings in between, wherein the plurality of openings of the first upright align with the plurality of openings of the second upright; a base attached to the bottom end of the first upright and the second upright, wherein the base is configured to support the first upright and the second upright in a vertical position when the base is resting on a surface; and at least one pole sized to fit through aligned openings of the first upright and the second upright.

2 . The exercise device of claim 1 , further comprising a substantially flat incline board comprising at least one hook releasably attachable to the at least one pole.

3 . The exercise device of claim 2 , wherein the at least one hook comprises two hooks attached to and protruding from an end of the incline board.

4 . The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein each of the first upright and the second upright comprise opposing sides and opposing ends, wherein the sides of the first upright and second upright are parallel to one another and comprise the plurality of openings.

5 . The exercise device of claim 4 , further comprising at least one ring attached to at least one of the opposing ends of each of the first upright and the second upright.

6 . The exercise device of claim 5 , wherein the at least one ring is a plurality of rings along at least one of the ends of each of the first upright and the second upright.

7 . The exercise device of claim 5 , wherein the at least one ring is a D-ring.

8 . The exercise device of claim 5 , further comprising an elastic exercise band attachable to the at least one ring.

9 . The exercise device of claim 8 , further comprising a clip attached to the elastic exercise band, wherein the clip is attachable to the at least one ring.

10 . An exercise device comprising:
a first upright and a second upright each comprising a top end, a bottom end, and a plurality of openings in between, wherein the plurality of openings of the first upright align with the plurality of openings of the second upright; a base attached to the bottom ends of the first upright and the second upright, wherein the base is configured to support the first upright and the second upright in a vertical position when the base is resting on a surface; at least one pole sized to fit through aligned openings of the first upright and the second upright; a substantially flat incline board comprising at least one hook releasably attachable to the at least one pole; and at least one ring attached to at least one of the first upright and the second upright.

11 . The exercise device of claim 10 , wherein the at least one hook comprises two hooks attached to and protruding from an end of the incline board.

12 . The exercise device of claim 10 , wherein the at least one ring is a plurality of rings along each of the first upright and the second upright.

13 . The exercise device of claim 10 , wherein the at least one ring is a D-ring.

14 . The exercise device of claim 10 , further comprising an elastic exercise band attachable to the at least one ring.

15 . The exercise device of claim 14 , further comprising a clip attached to the elastic exercise band, wherein the clip is attachable to the at least one ring.
