Abstract

The present invention relates to a box, to a blank or blank assembly, and to a method and device for forming a box made of a corrugated cardboard sheet material having a strap comprising at least four main rectangular panels, provided with at least one series of flaps suitable for at least partially forming the bottom and/or the tip of box, at least two of said main side panels being connected to a main central panel via intermediate panels forming cut corners without flaps. At least tow of the cut corners are formed by at least two rectangular cut side portions which are connected together or to the adjacent main panel by folding line, said cut side portions having a width of between 3 mm and 20 mm.
