Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds that inhibit the activity of Hsp90 and inhibit topoisomerase II.

         17 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the compound is 3-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-4-(1,3-dimethyl-indol-5-yl)-5-hydroxy-[1,2,4]triazole, or a tautomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the compound is 3-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-4-(1-methyl-indol-5-yl)-5-hydroxy-[1,2,4]triazole, or a tautomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the compound is 3-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-4-(1-isopropyl-indol-4-yl)-5-hydroxy-[1,2,4]triazole, or a tautomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
