Abstract

A communication control method used in a relaying intermediate node at a movement source of a mobile node in a case that a handover is performed. The communication control method includes the forwarding of a user data to a relaying intermediate node at a movement destination of the mobile node wherein the user data having been received from an anchor node, and wherein the user data being addressed to the mobile node, and wherein the user data being stored in a buffer of the relaying intermediate node at the movement source of the mobile node. The communication control method also includes the continuing of the forwarding of the user data as long as the buffer has not been emptied. In addition, the communication control method includes the sending of a transfer cancel notification to the relaying intermediate node at the movement destination of the mobile node.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . A communication control method used in a relaying intermediate node at a movement source of a mobile node in a case that a handover is performed, the communication control method comprising:
 forwarding a user data to a relaying intermediate node at a movement destination of the mobile node, the user data having been received from an anchor node, the user data being addressed to the mobile node, and the user data being stored in a buffer of the relaying intermediate node at the movement source of the mobile node;   continuing the forwarding of the user data as long as the buffer has not been emptied; and   sending a transfer cancel notification to the relaying intermediate node at the movement destination of the mobile node.   
     
     
         2 . The communication control method according to  claim 1 , wherein the user data is forwarded using a data transfer route. 
     
     
         3 . The communication control method according to  claim 1 , wherein the transfer cancel notification is a notification to release a data forwarding resource of the relaying intermediate node at the movement destination of the mobile node. 
     
     
         4 . A relaying intermediate node at a movement source of a mobile node which performs a part of a handover, the relaying intermediate node comprising:
 a buffer configured to store data; and   a communication unit configured to,
 forward a user data to a relaying intermediate node at a movement destination of the mobile node, the user data having been received from an anchor node, the user data being addressed to the mobile node, and the user data being stored in the buffer, 
 continue the forwarding of the user data as long as the buffer has not been emptied, and 
   send a transfer cancel notification to the relaying intermediate node at the movement destination of the mobile node.   
     
     
         5 . The communication control method according to  claim 4 , wherein the user data is forwarded using a data transfer route. 
     
     
         6 . The relaying intermediate node according to  claim 4 , wherein the transfer cancel notification is a notification to release a data forwarding resource of the relaying intermediate node at the movement destination of the mobile node.
