Abstract

A children's utensil kit is disclosed. The children's utensil kit includes a plurality of utensils that include a child-sized knife, a child-sized fork, a child-sized spoon, a pair of child-sized scissors and a pair of child-sized chopsticks. The children's utensil kit includes a zipper disposed on a perimeter of the children's utensil casing to prevent the utensils from falling out of an interior of the children's utensil casing. The zipper has a pull tab covered with an ergonomic rubber grip which may facilitate grasping the pull tab. The children's utensil kit may have a generally rounded rectangular-shaped, a generally rounded quarter oval-shaped, a generally rounded square-shaped, a generally rounded parallelogram-shape or be transparent.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A children's utensil kit, comprising:
 a children's utensil casing having an exterior surface, a perimeter, a top and an interior, the interior having a first side, a second side and an interior lining, the children's utensil casing secured together with a plurality of seams;   a plurality of children's utensils contained in a plurality of pockets disposed on the interior of the children's utensil casing;   a zipper disposed on the perimeter of the children's utensil casing to prevent the utensils from falling out of the interior of the children's utensil casing; and   a ribbon loop coupled to the top of the children's utensil casing, the silk ribbon loop serves as a handle to transport the children's utensil casing.   
     
     
         2 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 1 , wherein the exterior surface is made of water-resistant and non-toxic fabric. 
     
     
         3 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 1 , wherein the first side includes a plurality of elastic straps disposed above the pockets to secure the utensils. 
     
     
         4 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 1 , wherein the interior lining is made of nylon. 
     
     
         5 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 1 , wherein the second side includes a mesh pocket that contains one or more wipes or one or more napkins. 
     
     
         6 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 1 , wherein the utensils include a knife, a fork, a spoon, a pair of scissors and a pair of chopsticks. 
     
     
         7 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 6 , wherein the utensils are made of stainless steel. 
     
     
         8 . A children's utensil kit, comprising:
 a bi-fold children's utensil casing having an exterior surface, a perimeter, a top and an interior, the interior having a first side, a second side and an interior lining secured together with a plurality of seams;   a plurality of stainless steel children's utensils contained in a plurality of fabric pockets disposed on the interior of the children's utensil casing;   a zipper disposed on the perimeter of the children's utensil casing to prevent the utensils from falling out of the interior of the children's utensil casing; and   a silk ribbon loop coupled to the top of the children's utensil casing, the silk ribbon loop serves as a handle to transport the children's utensil casing.   
     
     
         9 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 8 , wherein the exterior surface is made of water-resistant and non-toxic fabric. 
     
     
         10 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 8 , wherein the first side includes a plurality of elastic straps disposed above the fabric pockets to secure the utensils. 
     
     
         11 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 8 , wherein the interior lining is made of nylon. 
     
     
         12 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 8 , wherein the seams are hidden by fabric piping. 
     
     
         13 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 8 , wherein the second side includes a mesh pocket that contains one or more wipes or one or more napkins. 
     
     
         14 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 8 , wherein the utensils include a child-sized knife, a child-sized fork, a child-sized spoon, a pair of child-sized scissors and a pair of child-sized chopsticks. 
     
     
         15 . A children's utensil kit, comprising:
 a bi-fold children's utensil casing having an exterior surface, a perimeter, a top and an interior, the interior having a first side, a second side and a nylon interior lining secured together with a plurality of seams, wherein the first side includes a plurality of elastic straps disposed above a plurality of fabric pockets;   a plurality of stainless steel children's utensils contained in the interior of the children's utensil casing, the stainless steel utensils are secured by the elastic straps disposed above the fabric pockets;   a zipper disposed on the perimeter of the children's utensil casing to prevent the utensils from falling out of the interior of the children's utensil casing, the zipper having a pull tab covered with an ergonomic rubber grip; and   a silk ribbon loop coupled to the top of the children's utensil casing, the silk ribbon loop serves as a handle to transport the children's utensil casing.   
     
     
         16 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the exterior surface is made of water-resistant and non-toxic fabric. 
     
     
         17 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the seams are hidden by fabric piping. 
     
     
         18 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the second side includes a mesh pocket that contains one or more wipes or one or more napkins. 
     
     
         19 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the utensils include a child-sized knife, a child-sized fork, a child-sized spoon, a pair of child-sized scissors and a pair of child-sized chopsticks. 
     
     
         20 . The children's utensil kit according to  claim 15 , wherein the children's utensil casing is generally rounded rectangular-shaped, generally rounded quarter oval-shaped, generally rounded square-shaped, generally rounded parallelogram-shape or transparent.
