Abstract

Disclosed is a compass-type eyeliner including the left and right members ( 10, 20 ) coupled to the center thereof via a hinge ( 11 ); an eyeliner cosmetic container ( 30 ) grasped by the converging of the left and right members ( 10, 20 ) around the hinge ( 11 ); and an insertion/extraction device ( 50 ) installed within the right member ( 20 ) to pull/push a brush ( 40 ) into and out from the end of the right member ( 20 ). The present invention has an effect of drawing a line without departing from the round line of eyes by drawing a line along round line of eyes around a central point of rotation on the surface of the face so as to make eyes look naturally larger.
