Three-dimensional seamless protective equipment
Abstract
A kind of three-dimensional seamless protective equipment is revealed. The protective equipment includes a wearable thing disposed with a plurality of buffer bodies and a fabric substrate is covered over the buffer bodies. The substrate is connected to a periphery of each buffer body and intervals between the buffer bodies by heating. A gap is formed between the buffer body and the substrate. By such design, the substrate has good extension so that users can move smoothly. Moreover, heat and swear from users' bodies are filtrated into the gap between the substrate and the buffer body through the fabric substrate and then to be exhausted through the wearable thing. Thus users feel more comfortable while wearing the protective equipment.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A kind of three-dimensional seamless protective equipment comprising
a wearable thing, a plurality of buffer bodies disposed on a surface of the wearable thing and having intervals formed between the buffer bodies, a substrate covered on a surface of the wearable thing opposite to the surface of the wearable thing with the buffer bodies, and a gap formed between the substrate and each of the buffer bodies;
wherein a periphery of the substrate and certain area of the substrate that corresponds to the intervals between the buffer bodies are connected to the wearable thing by heating.
2 . The equipment as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an adhesive is applied to the wearable thing, around the buffer bodies and at the intervals between the buffer bodies; the periphery of the substrate and the certain area of the substrate that corresponds to the intervals between the buffer bodies are connected to the wearable thing by heating.
3 . The equipment as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the wearable thing is selected from the group consisting of clothes, pants, socks, a waist support, a knee support, a chest support, a shoulder support, an elbow support, a thigh support, and a tibia support.
4 . The equipment as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the buffer body is made from foam materials, rubber or silicone.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
