Abstract

A radiator and a baseplate assembly thereof are disclosed. The baseplate assembly comprises: a baseplate comprising a strip plate and wheels mounted at two ends of the strip plate in a length direction, the strip plate having a through hole; a baseplate fixing plate fixedly connected between two radiating fins on a bottom of the radiator and having a threaded hole; and a bolt passing through the through hole and being screwed in an inner thread of the threaded hole so as to fixedly connect the baseplate onto the baseplate fixing plate. The radiator and the baseplate assembly thereof have simple structures and are convenient to install and transport.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A baseplate assembly for radiator, comprising:
 a baseplate including a strip plate provided with a through hole, and wheels mounted at two ends of the strip plate in a length direction; a baseplate fixing plate fixedly connected between two radiating fins on a bottom of the radiator and provided with a threaded hole; and a bolt passing through the through hole and screwing into an inner thread of the threaded hole so as to fix the baseplate onto the baseplate fixing plate.

         2 . The baseplate assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the strip plate has an L-shaped flap on each of both lateral sides; the flap comprises a vertical portion vertically connected to the strip plate, and a flap portion is connected to the vertical portion; a distance between a lower surface of the baseplate fixing plate and a bottom of the radiating fin is greater than a distance between an upper surface of the flap portion and the lower surface of the baseplate fixing plate.

         3 . The baseplate assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the bolt is a butterfly bolt.

         4 . The baseplate assembly according to claim 3 , wherein the through hole is disposed at a geometrical center of the strip plate; the threaded hole is disposed at a geometrical center of the baseplate fixing plate.

         5 . The baseplate assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the baseplate assembly comprises one baseplate fixing plate; two threaded holes are disposed on the baseplate fixing plate; the number of the threaded holes is equal to the number of the through holes.

         6 . The baseplate assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein the baseplate fixing plate has edge folds on both sides thereof perpendicular to the radiating fin;
 the strip plate has through holes for accommodating the edge folds at positions corresponding to the edge folds.

         7 . A radiator comprising a baseplate assembly according to  claim 1 .

         8 . The radiator according to claim 7 , wherein the baseplate fixing plate is fixedly connected between two outermost adjacent radiating fins, and is located at a middle position of the radiating fin in a width direction.

         9 . The radiator according to claim 8 , wherein the baseplate fixing plate is welded between the two adjacent radiating fins.
