Abstract
A communication control method used in a mobile communication system supporting D2D communication that is direct inter-terminal communication performed by using a radio resource assigned from a base station, comprises a step A of securing, by a user terminal, a logical channel group for the D2D communication; a step B of notifying, by the user terminal, the base station of the logical channel group secured in the step A; and a step C of assigning, by the base station, a radio network temporary identifier for the D2D communication to the logical channel group notified in the step B.

a step A of securing, by a user terminal, a logical channel group for the D2D communication; a step B of notifying, by the user terminal, the base station of the logical channel group secured in the step A; and a step C of assigning, by the base station, a radio network temporary identifier for the D2D communication to the logical channel group notified in the step B.
2 . The communication control method according to claim 1 , wherein, in the step A, the user terminal secures the logical channel group for the D2D communication with respect to an application to be used in the D2D communication.

The communication control method according to claim 1 , wherein, in the step A, the user terminal secures the logical channel group for the D2D communication with respect to a combination of an application to be used in the D2D communication and another user terminal that is a communication partner of the D2D communication.
4 . The communication control method according to claim 1 , wherein, in the step A, the user terminal further secures a hardware resource for the D2D communication with respect to the logical channel group for the D2D communication.
5 . The communication control method according to claim 1 , wherein
in the step A, the user terminal secures the logical channel group for the D2D communication, separately from a logical channel group for cellular communication, and in the step C, the base station assigns the radio network temporary identifier for the D2D communication, separately from a radio network temporary identifier for the cellular communication.
6 . The communication control method according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a step D of determining, by the base station, a radio resource to be assigned to the D2D communication; and a step E of notifying, by the base station, the user terminal of the radio resource determined in the step D by using the radio network temporary identifier assigned in the step C.
7 . The communication control method according to claim 6 , further comprising:
a step F of transmitting, by the user terminal, a buffer state report to the base station, the buffer state report indicating an amount of data waiting for transmission in the D2D communication, wherein in the step D, on the basis of the buffer state report, the base station determines the radio resource to be assigned to the D2D communication.
8 . A user terminal performing D2D communication that is direct inter-terminal communication performed by using a radio resource assigned from a base station, comprising:
a control unit that secures a logical channel group for the D2D communication and notifies the base station of the logical channel group for the D2D communication.
9 . A processor provided in a user terminal performing D2D communication that is direct inter-terminal communication performed by using a radio resource assigned from a base station, wherein
the processor performs a process of securing a logical channel group for the D2D communication and notifying the base station of the logical channel group for the D2D communication.
10 . A storage medium provided in a user terminal performing D2D communication that is direct inter-terminal communication performed by using a radio resource assigned from a base station, wherein
the storage medium stores therein a program for causing the user terminal to perform a process of securing a logical channel group for the D2D communication and notifying the base station of the logical channel group for the D2D communication.
11 . A base station used for D2D communication that is direct inter-terminal communication performed by using an assigned radio resource, comprising:
