Abstract
A steel-frame building, which is installed permanently next to a stand-alone heavy structure and which can reduce a construction cost, a plant including the steel-frame building, and a method for assembling a steel-frame building are provided. The steel-frame building is installed permanently next to a stand-alone heavy structure, and includes a gantry frame which is used for pulling the whole of the stand-alone heavy structure to stand up. The gantry frame may be used for carrying in other devices to be housed in the steel-frame building.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A steel-frame building which is installed permanently next to a stand-alone heavy structure and which is used for an integrated coal gasification combined cycle plant including tower-type gasification furnace apparatus as the stand-alone heavy structure, comprising a gantry frame which is used for pulling a whole of the stand-alone heavy structure to stand up.
2 . The steel-frame building according to claim 1 , the gantry frame comprising:
columns; beams; and horizontal braces, wherein the horizontal brace is a brace provided in a horizontal plane to connect the column and the beam in a horizontal direction.
3 . The steel-frame building according to claim 2 , the gantry frame further comprises vertical braces, wherein
the vertical brace is a brace provided in a vertical plane to connect the column and the beam in the height direction; and at least one of the column, the beam, the horizontal brace, and the vertical brace is made of H-steel and thicker than a column, a beam, and a horizontal brace, and a vertical brace respectively which constitute the steel-frame building.
4 . An integrated coal gasification combined cycle plant comprising the steel-frame building according to claim 1 .
5 . An integrated coal gasification combined cycle plant comprising the steel-frame building according to claim 2 .
6 . An integrated coal gasification combined cycle plant comprising the steel-frame building according to claim 3 .
7 . A method for assembling a steel-frame building which is installed permanently next to a stand-alone heavy structure and which is used for an integrated coal gasification combined cycle plant including tower-type gasification furnace apparatus as the stand-alone heavy structure, the method comprising the steps of:
assembling sections which constitute major parts of the steel-frame building; and assembling a gantry frame which constitutes a part of the steel-frame building and which is used for pulling a whole of the stand-alone heavy structure to stand up.
8 . The method for assembling a steel-frame building according to claim 7 , further comprising the steps of:
installing a crane on top of the steel-frame building; anchoring a wire hung from the crane to the stand-alone heavy structure; and hoisting up the wire so that the stand-alone heavy structure stands alone.
9 . The method for assembling a steel-frame building according to claim 8 , further comprising the steps of:
lifting other devices and carrying them into the steel-frame building by using the crane installed on top of the steel-frame building; and installing the other devices at predetermined positions.
10 . The method for assembling a steel-frame building according to claim 7 , wherein the gantry frame is not removed but is used as is as a section constituting a part of the steel-frame building even after the stand-alone heavy structure has been pulled to stand up.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
