Method and Machines for Transforming Initial Sealed Packagings into Irregular Cubic or Polyhedral Packagings by Means of Sealing and Cutting Flaps
Abstract
The aim of the invention is to transform an initial packaging consisting of a flexible material such as roll film and sealed by at least two welded joints with a liquid substance inside, into a packaging having a cubic shape with at least three faces. The method and installation using a machine comprise the following steps: 1 —the initial packaging is blocked and immobilised by means of subjection clamps which maintain a constant pressure at all times, towards the inside of the initial packaging, but with regulatable damping; 2 —an impact clamp ( 6 ) hits any of the perimeter lateral side or sides of the initial packaging head-on, so that the packaging inflates, thereby taking on the cubic shape, and the flaps are created; and 3 —the flaps are then sealed and cut. The most significant advantages of the invention are that very small cubic packagings can be produced, and at the same time the logistical costs are reduced as a result of the absence of flaps.

At least two faces that delimit an indoor enclosure, and that at the same time, these faces are delimited by an outer contour perimeter defined by at least one side edge, and/or At least one line of sealing or fold that closes the container partially or in whole, in which container houses at least one fluid and can additionally accommodate solids, granulates or powdery, where the procedure is characterized by comprising the following stages: to press in direction of the interior enclosure of the container, using at least one impact body ( 6 ) over at least one part of at least one side edge of the outline or also against/with/among/in the intermediate zone, partial area, full zone or zone of two lateral perimeter adjacent to one end or corner: of one, two or more of the lateral sides perimeter or vertices of the initial package, or vice versa (the perimeter against/with/among/in side the impact body ( 6 ), in a way that part of the fluid is displaced towards the contour of the container, increasing the pressure inside the container, as well as producing an effect of local inflation, obtaining: at least one face of support or additional face in the area of the container that impacts the impact body which keeps the container of foot stably as also, in turn, modify the geometric configuration of the container, and at least a flap or triangular body contiguous to the face of support and formed by at least two sides of the container, and to seal, for example, by means of a heat source, by at least one of the faces of at least a part of at least one flap, to maintain permanently stable the face of support or additional surface.
