Abstract

A tote bag that consists of a primary compartment on top of a secondary compartment, and an enclosure flap to cover the tote bag's secondary compartment. The enclosure flap can be locked in place in both the open and closed positions through hook and loop tape. To close the secondary compartment, the enclosure flap is rotated 180 degrees downwards and affixed to a contrary piece of hook and loop tape. To open the secondary compartment, the enclosure flap is rotated 180 degrees upwards and also affixed to a contrary piece of hook and loop tape.

1 ) A compartment enclosure system for a tote bag, comprising of:
 a secondary compartment below a primary compartment;   an enclosure flap that pivots up or down to expose or cover the secondary compartment; and   hook and loop tape that locks the enclosure flap in place.   
     
     
         2 ) The compartment enclosure system for a tote bag as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the enclosure flap can be locked into place in both the open and closed positions.
