System for dispensing non-intertwined wet wipes in a flexible container

Abstract

The present invention refers to a flexible container for dispensing wet wipes which has a stack of non-intertwined wet wipes inside it. In the described embodiments, the container has a lid that tightly seals an opening in the container. Further, the present invention has at least one fastening element which allows for the fastening at each time of the top wet wipe of the stack contained inside the flexible container. Thus, the present invention provides a flexible container with a system for dispensing non-intertwined wet wipes contained therein, wherein only the top wet wipe of the stack contained inside the container is dispensed.

A flexible container for dispensing wet wipes that has a stack of non-intertwined wet wipes inside, and has a lid adhered on its top surface; the lid is coupled to a perforated portion formed from the top surface of the container; the tip is longer and wider than said perforation and the perforated portion comprises the periphery of an opening in the container; characterized by
 the perforated portion has at least one fastening element in the inner face which allows for the fastening at each time of the top wet wipe of the stack contained inside the flexible container; and   the lid has adhesive means in its inner face to tightly seal the lid to the container.   
     
     
         2 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 1 , wherein the flexible container is made from a thermoplastic material which is attached by its two longitudinal ends. 
     
     
         3 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 1 , wherein the lid has a tab with no adhesive. 
     
     
         4 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 1 , wherein the lid is made of transparent material. 
     
     
         5 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 1 , wherein the wet wipes are moistened with cosmetic, sanitary, cleaning and cleansing lotions, among others. 
     
     
         6 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 1 , wherein the fastening element is mechanical. 
     
     
         7 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 8 , wherein the fastening element is comprised by hooks. 
     
     
         8 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 1 , wherein the bond strength between the wet wipes and the fastening element is greater than the cohesion strength between the wipes. 
     
     
         9 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 1 , wherein the bond strength between the wet wipes and the fastening element is 20% greater than the cohesion strength between the stacked wet wipes. 
     
     
         10 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 1 , wherein the bond strength between the wet wipes and the element ranges between 120 and 290 grams. 
     
     
         11 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 1 , wherein the fastening element may be modified in shape, height, density and space. 
     
     
         12 . A flexible container for dispensing wet wipes that has a stack of non-intertwined wet wipes inside, and has a rigid lid on its top surface covering an opening on the top surface of the container; characterized by
 the rigid lid has at least one fastening element which allows for the fastening at each time of the top wet wipe of the stack contained inside the flexible container; and   the lid has mechanical means to tightly reseal the container.   
     
     
         13 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 12 , wherein the flexible container is made from a thermoplastic material which is attached by its two longitudinal ends. 
     
     
         14 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 12 , wherein the wet wipes are moistened with cosmetic, sanitary, cleaning and cleansing lotions, among others. 
     
     
         15 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 12 , wherein the fastening element is mechanical. 
     
     
         16 . The flexible container for dispensing wipes according to  claim 15 , wherein the mechanical fastening element is comprised by hooks. 
     
     
         17 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 12 , wherein the bond strength between the wet wipes and the fastening element is greater than the cohesion strength between the wipes. 
     
     
         18 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 12 , wherein the bond strength between the wet wipes and the fastening element is 20% greater than the cohesion strength between the stacked wet wipes. 
     
     
         19 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 12 , wherein the bond strength between the wet wipes and the element ranges between 120 and 290 grams. 
     
     
         20 . The flexible container for dispensing wet wipes according to  claim 12 , wherein the fastening element may be modified in shape, height, density and space.
