Cushion Device and LCD Module Packing Device Having Cushion Device
Abstract
A cushion device and a liquid crystal display module packing device having the cushion device are proposed. The cushion device comprises a bottom cushion unit, which comprises a bottom cushion plate and a spacing unit set up on the bottom cushion plate and between two ends of the bottom cushion plate, and a plurality of spacing grooves padded with cushion units on the spacing unit. Supporting effects of the spacing unit brings down thickness of the cushion unit, so that cost of packing is reduced due to decreased usage of packing material and increased utility of packing space; besides, cost of packing is further reduced because the spacing unit is reusable.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A cushion device comprising a bottom cushion unit, which comprises a bottom cushion plate and a spacing unit set up on the bottom cushion plate and between two ends of the bottom cushion plate, and a plurality of spacing grooves padded with cushion units on the spacing unit.
2 . The cushion device of claim 1 , wherein the spacing unit comprises a side spacing plate and a plurality of spacing plates set up parallel on the side spacing plate at interval, and a spacing groove is formed between two neighboring spacing plates.
3 . The cushion device of claim 2 , wherein a bottom end of the spacing plate occupies a larger space than that of a top end of the spacing plate in order to strengthen the bottom end of the spacing plate.
4 . The cushion device of claim 3 , wherein the bottom end of the spacing plate is a triangle structure.
5 . The cushion device of claim 1 , wherein an outer shape of the cushion unit matches a shape of the spacing groove, and an installation groove is set up on the cushion unit.
