Abstract

A semiconductor device includes a first layer, first and second active areas disposed on the first layer; a trench disposed between the first and second active areas, an insulating oxide that fills the trench to a level below a surface of the first and second active layers, and a nitride cap disposed on top of the insulating oxide so that the first and second active areas can be cleaned without damaging the insulating oxide. A top surface of the nitride cap in regions adjacent to the first and second active areas is aligned with a top surface of the first and second active areas, a top surface of the nitride cap in a center region of the nitride cap is stepped below the top surface of the adjacent regions, and a void is formed between the top surface regions adjacent to the first and second active areas.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A pillow cover assembly comprising:
a plurality of layers of pillow sheets bound together on one edge that can be flipped around the bound end like a book; and an attachment system configured to attach the pillow sheets to pillow or a pillow case configured to house the pillow, wherein the attachment system is a plurality of straps with fasteners at each end.

2 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein the fasteners comprise fabric hook and loop fasteners.

3 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein each layer of sheets is approximately 18 inches wide.

4 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 3 , wherein each layer of sheets is approximately 24-31 inches long.

5 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein each layer of sheets is made of satin/polyester or satin/silk or mulberry silk satin.

6 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 1 preferably has 5-7 layers of sheets.

7 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein each layer of sheets is one inch longer than the one below.

8 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 1 further comprising a pillow covering which is wrapped around the pillow sheets to protect the clean sheets.

9 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 1 , wherein each layer of sheets comprises a layer of cotton stitched into a polyester sheet.

         10 . A pillow cover assembly comprising:
a plurality of layers of pillow sheets bound together on one edge that can be flipped around the bound end like a book, wherein each layer of sheets comprises a layer of cotton stitched into a polyester sheet; and an attachment system configured to attach the pillow sheets to pillow or a pillow case configured to house the pillow.

11 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 10 , wherein the attachment system comprises a plurality of straps with fabric hook and loop fasteners at the ends.

         12 . A pillow cover assembly comprising:
a plurality of layers of pillow sheets bound together on one edge that can be flipped around the bound end like a book, wherein each layer of sheets is made of satin/polyester or satin/silk or mulberry silk satin; and an attachment system configured to attach the pillow sheets to pillow or a pillow case configured to house the pillow.

13 . The pillow cover assembly of claim 12 , wherein the attachment system comprises a plurality of straps with fabric hook and loop fasteners at the ends.
