Abstract

An improved structure of an inflatable mattress comprises an upper leather article, a lower leather article, a circumferential member and a plurality of connection pieces. A sealed hollow mattress body is formed by the upper and lower leather articles and the circumferential member; the connection pieces are spaced apart from each other in equal distance in the hollow inner of the mattress. Each connection piece comprises upper and lower slats with a symmetrical structure. Each upper slat is connected to the upper leather article; each lower slat is connected to the lower leather article; a mesh fabric is connected between the upper and lower slats. With the connection pieces, the upper and lower leather articles of the mattress are attached together. An air valve is provided on the circumferential member of the inflatable mattress for pumping air into and releasing from the hollow inner of the mattress.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An improved structure of an inflatable mattress, comprising:
an upper article forming a mattress surface of the mattress; a lower article forming a mattress bottom of the mattress; a circumferential member attached to outer sides of the upper article and the lower article to form a circumference of the mattress; and a plurality of connection pieces with each one of the connection pieces spaced apart from each other at a substantially equal distance and attached between the upper article and the lower article; each one of the connection pieces including:
at least an upper slat and a lower slat with a symmetrical structure; each upper slats connecting to the upper article of the mattress; each lower slats connecting to the lower article of the mattress, each one of the upper and lower slats terminating at a pair of laterally opposed planar portions; and,
a mesh fabric defining a matrix of holes with a substantially uniform distribution, the mesh fabric coupled to extend between the upper and lower slats, the mesh fabric being captured between the opposed planar portions at each of the upper and lower slats, to connect therebetween.

2 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 1 , wherein the circumferential member includes an air valve provided at a suitable portion of the circumferential member for pumping air into or releasing air from a hollow inner portion of the mattress.

3 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 1 , wherein each one of the upper slats and the lower slats of the plurality of connection pieces is of a cross section of a symmetrical Y shape.

4 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 1 , wherein the upper slats, the lower slats, the upper article, the lower article, and the circumferential member are made of a first material and the mesh fabric is made of a second material different from said first material.

5 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 4 , wherein the mesh fabric includes polyester.

6 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the upper slats and lower slats includes a plurality of slat portions, the plurality of slat portions sealed in spaced parallel manner to a corresponding upper or lower article and converging therefrom to a connecting portion wherein the plurality of slat portions are connected to sandwich a portion of the mesh fabric therebetween.

7 . An improved structure of an inflatable mattress, comprising:
an upper article forming a mattress surface of the mattress; a lower article forming a mattress bottom of the mattress; a circumferential member attached to outer sides of the upper article and the lower article to form a circumference of the mattress; and a plurality of connection pieces with each one of the connection pieces spaced apart from each other at a substantially equal distance and attached between the upper article and the lower article; each one of the connection pieces including:
 at least an upper slat and a lower slat, each upper slats connecting to the upper article of the mattress; each lower slats connecting to the lower article of the mattress;
a mesh fabric coupled to extend between the upper slats and the lower slat, each upper slats and lower slats respectively includes a pair of opposing slat portions, each pair of opposing slat portions being sealed in a spaced parallel manner to a corresponding upper or lower article and terminating at a pair of laterally opposed planar portions, the mesh fabric being captured between the opposed planar portions at each of the upper and lower slats, to connect therebetween.

8 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 7 , wherein the circumferential member includes an air valve provided at a suitable portion of the circumferential member for pumping air into or releasing air from a hollow inner portion of the mattress.

9 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 7 , wherein each one of the upper slats and the lower slats of the plurality of connection pieces is of a cross section of a symmetrical Y shape.

10 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 7 , wherein the upper slats, the lower slats, the upper article, the lower article, and the circumferential member are made of a first material and the mesh fabric is made of a second material different from said first material.

11 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 10 , wherein the mesh fabric includes polyester.

12 . The improved structure of the inflatable mattress according to claim 7 , wherein the mesh fabric defines a matrix of holes with a substantially uniform distribution.
