Abstract

The current invention relates to a building installation comprising a building comprising a slab or cellar floor placed in contact with a piece of earth under the building. A fluid hose is placed in the piece of earth under the slab or cellar floor and contains earth circuit fluid which is thermally coupled to a fluid circulation circuit in or by the building such that the earth circuit fluid receives heat from the heated solar collector fluid for circulation in the fluid hose through which heat energy is released to the surrounding piece of earth.

1 . A building installation comprising:
 a building comprising a slab or cellar floor placed in contact with a piece of earth under the building,   a solar collector mounted on or by the building and adapted to heat a solar collector fluid flowing through it,   a fluid circulation circuit arranged to circulate the solar collector fluid in or by the building,   a fluid hose placed in the piece of earth under the slab or the cellar floor,   an edge insulation placed by the building's foundation completely or partially surrounding the piece of earth with the fluid hose,   where an earth circuit fluid in the fluid hose is thermally coupled to the fluid circulation circuit in the building such that the earth circuit fluid receives heat from the heated solar collector fluid for circulation in the fluid hose under release of heat energy to the surrounding piece of earth.   
     
     
         2 . A building installation according to  claim 1 , wherein segments of the fluid hose are placed outside the building's foundation. 
     
     
         3 . A building installation according to  claim 1 , wherein the segments of the fluid hose which are placed outside the building's foundation are covered by, or surrounded by, a thermally insulating material. 
     
     
         4 . A building installation according to  claim 1 , where the fluid circulations circuit comprises a temperature controlling organ arranged to provide a feed temperature between 20-60 C, preferably between 25-40 C, for the earth circuit fluid in the fluid hose. 
     
     
         5 . A building installation according to  claim 4 , comprising a buffer tank connected to the fluid circulation circuit and dimensions to container between 300 liters and 5000 liters of solar collector fluid. 
     
     
         6 . A building installation according to  claim 5 , where the building comprises one of a house, a multistory building, a factory, an office building or a warehouse. 
     
     
         7 . A method for heating a piece of earth located under a slab or cellar floor of an existing building, where the method comprises the steps:
 laying of a fluid hose under the building's slab or cellar floor with the help of directional drilling,   heating of a solar collector fluid in a fluid circulation circuit placed in or by the building with the help of a solar collector mounded on or by the building,   transferring heat energy from the solar collector fluid to the earth circuit fluid in the fluid hose via thermal coupling such that the earth circuit fluid releases heat energy to the surrounding piece of earth.   
     
     
         8 . A method for heating a piece of earth located under a slab or cellar floor of an existing building according to  claim 7  comprising an additional step of:
 providing an edge insulation by a building foundation which completely or partially surrounds the piece of earth with the fluid hose.
