Extendable toilet brush

Abstract

An extendable toilet brush comprising a handle, where the handle is hollow; a rod connected to the handle, where the rod extends and retracts from the handle; a brush head attached to the rod at an end opposite from the handle; and a telescopic fastening means connecting the rod within the handle, where the telescopic fastening means enables the rod to extend, lock and retract within the handle.

         11 . A system for toilet cleaning comprising:
 a. an extendable toilet brush, where said extendable brush includes:
 i. a handle, where the handle is hollow; 
 ii. a rod connected to the handle, where the rod extends and retracts from the handle; 
 iii. a bumper extending around a perimeter of the rod; 
 iv. a brush head attached to the rod at an end opposite from the handle, where the brush head is curved into a J-shaped; and 
 v. a telescopic fastening means connecting the rod within the handle, where the telescopic fastening means enables the rod to extend, lock and retract within the handle; and 
   b. a reservoir to house the extendable toilet brush when not in use, where the reservoir includes a basin and a opening, where the opening receives the rod and brush head, wherein said bumper supports the rod and brush head on the opening.   
     
     
         12 . The system for toilet cleaning according to  claim 11 , where the telescopic fastening means includes a button and a set of locking holes to position the rod within the handle. 
     
     
         13 . The system for toilet cleaning according to  claim 11 , where the handle includes a cover. 
     
     
         14 . The extendable toilet brush according to  claim 11 , where the brush head includes a plurality of bristles. 
     
     
         15 . The extendable toilet brush according to  claim 11 , where the brush head includes a plurality of nubs, where the plurality of nubs is made from textured foam. 
     
     
         16 . The extendable toilet brush according to  claim 11 , where the basin includes a cleansing liquid to clean the brush head. 
     
     
         17 . The extendable toilet brush according to  claim 11 , where the rod extends between 12 and 24 inches in length.
