Abstract

An odor dispersion assembly for dispersing an odor from a receptacle to an external exhaust through an existing structure and at least one existing pipe. The assembly is operable to suck the odors at a proximal point to their discharge. A receptacle receives a discharge. The receptacle includes a seat for providing a surface for a user to sit for performing the discharge. The seat include at least one aperture that receives and directs the odor to a cavity within the seat. A pressure differential portion sucks the odor from the cavity. The odors passes through a dispersion tube behind the toilet, and through an existing barrier. The dispersion tube joins with at least one existing pipe and tubing behind the existing barrier. The existing pipes carries the odor to an exhaust portion. Existing pipes and structures are used to minimize costs.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An assembly comprising:
 a receptacle, said receptacle being configured to receive a discharge, said receptacle comprising a seat, said seat comprising at least one aperture, said at least one aperture being configured to enable at least partial passage of an odor, said seat further comprising a cavity, said cavity being configured to receive said odor from said cavity, said cavity further being configured to carry said odor;   a pressure differential portion, said pressure differential portion being configured to suck said odor from said cavity;   a dispersion tube, said dispersion tube being disposed to join with said cavity, said dispersion tube being configured to receive said odor from said cavity, said dispersion tube further being configured to carry said odor through an existing barrier;   at least one existing pipe, said at least one existing pipe being disposed to join with said dispersion tube, said at least one existing pipe being configured to carry said odor through an existing structure; and   an exhaust portion, said exhaust portion being disposed to join with said at least one existing pipe, said exhaust portion being configured for external dispersion of said odor.   
     
     
         2 . The assembly of  claim 1 , in which said assembly comprises an odor dispersion assembly. 
     
     
         3 . The assembly of  claim 2 , wherein said assembly is configured to suck said odor in proximity to a point of discharge. 
     
     
         4 . The assembly of  claim 3 , in which said receptacle comprises a toilet bowl. 
     
     
         5 . The assembly of  claim 4 , in which said discharge comprises feces. 
     
     
         6 . The assembly of  claim 5 , in which said seat comprises a toilet seat. 
     
     
         7 . The assembly of  claim 6 , in which said at least one aperture comprises a plurality of equidistant apertures positioned around an internal periphery of said seat. 
     
     
         8 . The assembly of  claim 7 , wherein said at least one aperture is configured to direct said odor towards said cavity. 
     
     
         9 . The assembly of  claim 8 , wherein said cavity is disposed to encircle said toilet seat, said cavity comprising a cavity opening for joining with said dispersion tube at a rear section of said receptacle. 
     
     
         10 . The assembly of  claim 9 , in which said pressure differential portion comprises a fan. 
     
     
         11 . The assembly of  claim 10 , in which said dispersion tube comprises a polyvinyl chloride material. 
     
     
         12 . The assembly of  claim 11 , in which said existing barrier comprises a wall behind said receptacle. 
     
     
         13 . The assembly of  claim 12 , in which said at least one existing pipe comprises a plumbing fixture installed prior to said assembly. 
     
     
         14 . The assembly of  claim 13 , in which said at least one pipe comprises a copper pipe. 
     
     
         15 . The assembly of  claim 14 , wherein said existing structure is disposed to position behind a bathroom wall. 
     
     
         16 . The assembly of  claim 15 , in which said exhaust portion comprises a duct. 
     
     
         17 . The assembly of  claim 16 , wherein said exhaust portion is disposed to position on a ceiling. 
     
     
         18 . The assembly of  claim 17 , in which said assembly comprises a power supply for powering said pressure differential portion, said assembly further comprising a power switch actuating said pressure differential portion. 
     
     
         19 . An assembly comprising:
 means for positioning onto a receptacle for excreting a discharge;   means for at least partially receiving an odor from said discharge through at least one aperture in a seat;   means for carrying said odor through a cavity;   means for sucking said odor from said cavity;   means for carrying said odor in a dispersion tube through an existing barrier;   means for carrying said odor in at least one existing pipe through an existing structure; and   means for external dispersion of said odor through an exhaust portion.   
     
     
         20 . An assembly consisting of:
 a receptacle, said receptacle comprising a toilet bowl, said receptacle being configured to receive a discharge, said discharge comprising feces, said receptacle comprising a seat, said seat comprising a toilet seat, said seat comprising at least one aperture, said at least one aperture being configured to enable at least partial passage of an odor, said cavity being disposed to encircle said toilet seat, said cavity comprising a cavity opening, said seat further comprising a cavity, said cavity being configured to receive said odor from said cavity, said cavity further being configured to carry said odor;   a pressure differential portion, said pressure differential portion comprising a fan, said pressure differential portion being configured to suck said odor from said cavity;   a dispersion tube, said dispersion tube comprising a polyvinyl chloride material, said dispersion tube being disposed to join with said cavity, said dispersion tube being configured to receive said odor from said cavity, said dispersion tube further being configured to carry said odor through an existing barrier, said existing barrier comprising a wall behind said receptacle;   at least one existing pipe, said at least one existing pipe being disposed to join with said dispersion tube, said at least one existing pipe being configured to carry said odor through an existing structure, said at least one existing pipe comprising a plumbing fixture installed prior to said assembly, said at least one existing pipe comprising a copper pipe;   an exhaust portion, said exhaust portion comprising a duct positioned on a ceiling, said exhaust portion being disposed to join with said at least one existing pipe, said exhaust portion being configured for external dispersion of said odor;   a power source, said power source comprising a battery, said power source being configured to power said pressure differential portion; and   a power switch, said power switch being configured to actuate said pressure differential portion.
