Claims

Abstract

A liquid crystal display panel comprise a first substrate, a second substrate and a electrode structure. The electrode structure is disposed on the first substrate. The electrode structure further comprises a first sub-electrode having a first stem electrode with a first end edge and a first branch electrode nearest the first end edge, and a second sub-electrode having a second stem electrode with a second end edge and a second branch electrode nearest the second end edge. The first sub-electrode and the second sub-electrode are adjacent to each other, and the first end edge are adjacent to the second end edge. A first distance between the first end edge and the first branch electrode is different from a second distance between the second end edge and the second branch electrode.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A liquid crystal display panel, comprising:
 a first substrate;   a second substrate;   a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; and   an electrode structure disposed on the first substrate, wherein the electrode structure comprises a first sub-electrode and a second sub-electrode, wherein the first sub-electrode and the second sub-electrode are separated and respectively comprise a first branch portion and a second branch portion,   wherein the first branch portion comprises a plurality of first branch electrodes and two adjacent first branch electrodes are substantially parallel to each other and separated by a first interval, the second branch portion comprises a plurality of second branch electrodes, two adjacent second branch electrodes are substantially parallel to each other and separated by a second interval, and   wherein a span is between the two adjacent second intervals, and at least one end of the first interval projects within the span.   
     
     
         2 . The liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 1 , wherein a span is between the two adjacent first intervals, and at least one end of the second interval projects within the span. 
     
     
         3 . The liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 1 , wherein the electrode structure further comprises:
 a first stem electrode, wherein the first branch electrodes are connected to the first stem electrode; and   a second stem electrode, wherein the second branch electrodes are connected to the second stem electrode.   
     
     
         4 . The liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 3 , wherein the first stem electrode is cross-shaped, and the second stem electrode is cross-shaped. 
     
     
         5 . The liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 3 , wherein an extended line of the first stem electrode corresponds to an extended line of the second stem electrode. 
     
     
         6 . A liquid crystal display panel, comprising:
 a first substrate;   a second substrate;   a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; and   an electrode structure disposed on the first substrate, wherein the electrode structure comprises a first sub-electrode and a second sub-electrode, wherein the first sub-electrode and the second sub-electrode are separated and respectively comprise a first branch portion and a second branch portion,   wherein the first branch portion comprises a plurality of first branch electrodes and two adjacent first branch electrodes are substantially parallel to each other and separated by a first interval, the second branch portion comprises a plurality of second branch electrodes, two adjacent second branch electrodes are substantially parallel to each other and separated by a second interval, and   wherein at least one end of the first interval projects within an end edge of the second branch electrode.   
     
     
         7 . The liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 6 , wherein at least one end of the second interval projects within an end edge of the first branch electrode. 
     
     
         8 . The liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 6 , wherein the electrode structure further comprises:
 a first stem electrode, wherein the first branch electrodes are connected to the first stem electrode; and   a second stem electrode, wherein the second branch electrodes are connected to the second stem electrode.   
     
     
         9 . The liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 8 , wherein the first stem electrode is cross-shaped, and the second stem electrode is cross-shaped. 
     
     
         10 . The liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 8 , wherein an extended line of the first stem electrode corresponds to an extended line of the second stem electrode.
