Panel cleaning roller assembly
Abstract
A panel cleaning roller assembly capable of comprehensively wiping a panel has an axle serving as a rotating body, and a roller serving as a wiping body. The roller is wound around and rotated synchronously with the axle. The roller has a wiping surface having longitudinally curved grooves, transversally curved grooves and wiping grains formed between the longitudinally and transversally curved grooves. The wiping grains are arranged in a curved matrix. Thus, the axle may be utilized to rotate the roller relatively to the panel to perform the rotating wiping and absorb the foreign object or debris to the longitudinally and transversally curved grooves of the roller, thereby preventing the surface of the panel from being scratched. Thus, the comprehensive wiping can be performed without forming any gap, thereby significantly enhancing the cleaning efficiency and quality and effectively enhancing the utility.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A panel cleaning roller assembly, comprising an axle serving as a rotating body, and a roller serving as a wiping body, the roller being wound around the axle and rotated synchronously with the axle, wherein the characteristic lies in that:
the roller has a wiping surface, and the wiping surface has a plurality of longitudinally curved grooves, a plurality of transversally curved grooves, and wiping grains formed between the longitudinally curved grooves and the transversally curved grooves, which are cross-interleaving, wherein the wiping grains on the wiping surface of the roller are arranged in a curved matrix.
2 . The panel cleaning roller assembly according to claim 1 , wherein each of two ends of the axle has a shaft, which is to be connected to and driven by a driving apparatus of a machine, an edge of one of the ends of the axle has a flange with a larger diameter, and an edge of the other one of the ends of the axle has a stopper with a larger diameter, wherein the stopper prevents the roller from arbitrarily escaping.
3 . The panel cleaning roller assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the roller is made of a plastic or rubber material, which generates electrostatic charges after rubbing.
4 . The panel cleaning roller assembly according to claim 1 , wherein each of the longitudinally and transversally curved grooves on the wiping surface of the roller has a downward converging tapered surface to enlarge a deformation space above the wiping grain.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
