Medicine Ball

Abstract

A method or apparatus for the following medicine ball design to increase or decrease the pounds of the device; without altering the shape. The right and left weight attachment slots on the device are designed to connect multiple fitness workout devices. These attachments allow the device to operate as a single source multi workout apparatus.

Right and left slots on the invention are designed to connect multiple attachments. For certain individuals, these attachments allow the device to operate as a single source multi workout machine. 
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1  wherein, the device can be altered so that the weight can be increased or decreased without changing the size or shape is found in the right and left sides of the device can be replaces with different pounds of weight. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 2  wherein, a plurality of attachments are added to allow the invention to operate as a single source workout machine is found by securing the device attachment add-on to the right and left attachment slots. 
     
     
         4 . The methods of  claim 1  and  2  combine to create a apparatus wherein, both the weight increase or decrease and add-on attachments can functions together or as the poundage adjusted independently from the attachments.
