Claims

Abstract

A wound tube is made of profiled plastic strips, the profiling of which comprises at least the edge region. The edge region is designed such that edge regions of successive coils, the edge regions lying mutually adjacent during winding, can be connected in a form-fitting manner, and at least one of the surfaces of the plastic strips has ribs projecting perpendicularly essentially to one side in order to form a flat inner surface during winding. The tube wall of the wound tube is designed as a double wall and is assembled from a first inner plastic strip and from a second outer plastic strip, wherein the ribs projecting perpendicularly essentially to one side fix the distance of the outer plastic strip from the inner plastic strip. A device with which such wound tubes can be advantageously produced on-site is also provided.

Wound tube made of profiled plastic strips, the profiling of which comprises at least the edge region, said edge region being designed such that when contiguous edge regions of adjacent windings are wound they can be joined in a form-fitting manner and in which at least one of the surfaces of the plastic strip comprises ribs essentially projecting orthogonally on one side to form a smooth inner surface characterized in that the tube wall of the wound tube ( 1 ) is a double wall and is joined from a first inner plastic strip ( 10 ) and a second outer plastic strip ( 20 ) whereby the ribs that essentially project orthogonally ensure the distance between the outer plastic strip and the inner plastic strip. 
     
     
         2 . Wound tube according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the inner as well as the outer plastic strip ( 10 ,  20 ) comprise orthogonally projecting ribs at least on one side that oppose each other when the plastic strips ( 10 , 20 ) are joined to provide support. 
     
     
         3 . Wound tube according to  claim 1  or  2 , characterized in that at least one of the ribs of the inner plastic strip ( 10 ) is a support rib ( 12 ) with a rib head ( 13 ) that engages with a head receptacle ( 23 ) of a counter rib ( 22 ) on the second, outer plastic strip ( 20 ) arranged on the opposite side so that the rib head ( 13 ) rests in the head receptacle ( 23 ). 
     
     
         4 . Wound tube according to  claim 3  or  4 , characterized in that at least some of the head receptacles ( 23 ) can be latched with a glue that causes cold welding. 
     
     
         5 . Wound tube according to  claim 3  or  4 , characterized in that the rib heads ( 13 ) are harpoon head shaped and can be latched with the correspondingly designed head receptacle ( 23 ). 
     
     
         6 . Wound tube according to one of the  claims 2  through  5 , characterized in that at least even other support rib ( 12 ) has a counter rib ( 22 ). 
     
     
         7 . Wound tube according to one of the  claims 1  through  6 , characterized in that at least one of the plastic strips ( 10 ,  20 ) is provided with means for compensating the length difference that occurs when the different diameters are wound. 
     
     
         8 . Wound tube according to  claim 7 , characterized in that the means for compensating for the length are elbows ( 29 ) in U-shape or OMEGA-shape that are arranged between two support ribs ( 12 ) or between two counter ribs ( 22 ). 
     
     
         9 . Wound tube according to one of the  claims 1  through  8 , characterized in that the outside of the plastic strip ( 20 ) that forms the outer wall comprises approximately orthogonally projecting ribs ( 28 ). 
     
     
         10 . Wound tube according to one of the  claims 1  through  9 , characterized in that the one edge region ( 14 . 1 ,  24 . 1 ) of the plastic bands ( 10 , 20 ) is provided with a counter bracket ( 25 ) with latch head receptacle ( 26 ) while the other edge region ( 14 . 2 ,  24 . 2 ) of the plastic bands ( 10 ,  20 ) comprises a retaining rib ( 27 ) with a retaining rib bead ( 27 . 1 ) so that the retaining rib head ( 27 . 1 ) can be inserted and latched in the latch head receptacle ( 26 ) of the counter bracket ( 25 ) when the edge regions are joined. 
     
     
         11 . Wound tube according to  claim 10 , characterized in that on the edge region ( 14 . 1 ,  24 . 1 ) of one of the plastic bauds ( 10 ,  20 ) a locking rib ( 19 ) is molded at art obtuse angle that makes contact with the outermost support rib ( 12 ) in a locking manner when the edge regions of the two plastic bands ( 10 , 20 ) are joined. 
     
     
         12 . Device for producing a wound tube according to one of the  claims 1  through  11 , in which a plastic strip ( 10 ,  20 ) is unwound from storage spools ( 35 ) located on above ground level (O) and is fed through a revision shaft (RS) to the rotating cage ( 5 ) with the winding for the wound tube of a winding assembler ( 4 ) for producing the winding for the wound tube ( 1 ), said winding assembler being located in a stationary manner at the bottom of said revision shaft in the area of the mouth of the channel (KA) that is to be renovated, characterized in that two plastic strips ( 10 , 20 ) for joining into a double band ( 30 ) are fed to the winding assembler ( 4 ) whereby the winding assembler ( 4 ) comprises a preceding roller set ( 6 ), at least intake rollers ( 7 ,  8 ) for joining the two plastic strips ( 10 ,  20 ) into a double band ( 30 ) and whereby its cage ( 5 ) for forming the double band ( 30 ) is a winding that forms a double wall wound tube ( 1 ). 
     
     
         13 . Device according to  claim 12 , characterized by a glue application, device ( 40 ) that precedes the winding assembler ( 4 ) and applies glue or agents for cold welding to at least one of fee plastic strips ( 10 ,  20 ) on the side that laces the respective other side of the plastic strip ( 10 , 20 ),

Device according to  claim 13 , characterized in that the glue application device ( 40 ) for applying the glue or the agents for cold welding to the engaging rib heads/head receptacles ( 13 ,  23 ;  14 ,  24 ) of the plastic strips ( 10 ,  20 ) to be joined and/or the engaged retaining rib heads/latch head receptacles ( 27 . 1 ,  26 ) of the edge regions of the plastic strips ( 10 ,  20 ) of the double hand ( 30 ) to be joined, comprises means for application. 
     
     
         15 . Device for producing a wound tube according to claim one of the  claims 12  through  14 , characterized in that a profile protection ( 37 ) is provided that runs inside the revision shaft (RS) and preferably is comprised of articulated individual links ( 38 ) and is to protect the plastic strips ( 10 ,  20 ) that are unwound from the storage spools ( 35 ) that are located on above ground, level (O) and are fed through the revision shat (RS) to the winding assembler ( 4 ) that, is mounted in a stationary manner at the bottom of the revision shaft (RS), against dirt in particular. 
     
     
         16 . Device for producing a wound tube according to  claim 14 , characterized in that the profile protection ( 37 ) comprises means for breaking, in particular when the channel is very deep, preferably brake rollers for taking up the suspended bad of the plastic strips ( 10 ,  20 ). 
     
     
         17 . Device according to  claim 15 , characterized in that the profile protection ( 37 ) comprises a brush device ( 39 ) that preferably precedes the glue application device ( 40 ) and whose bristles are directed at least against the facing surfaces of the plastic strips ( 10 ,  20 ) to be joined into a double band ( 30 ) for purposes of brushing the surfaces.
